Lieu paradisiaque. Chambre et location 5* 👌

Vue panoramique de la mer + plage, difficile à battre!! Bons restos à distance de marche. La chambre et la salle de bain sont trÚs spacieuses, cuisinette avec tout ce qui fait. Tout est disponible sur place: parasol, chaise, vélo, serviette et gratuit! Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. We waited over three hours past check-in time and were not given the room we originally booked. Instead, we had to spend the first night in a room that smelled strongly of smoke, which was unacceptable. We did not get access to our booked room until 1:00 PM the following day.While the hotel did compensate us with a meal, the host refused to refund the first night, despite multiple conversations explaining why this was warranted. We were told we would receive a small refund but have not received as of today.There are positives worth mentioning: the view is very nice, and the bed was comfortable. However, guests should be aware of the many additional costs, Overall, while the property has potential, the poor check-in experience, room issues, lack of proper refund, and high extra fees made this stay frustrating and not worth the cost.

Room was spacious & clean. Has small kitchen area & large bathroom. Room overlooks pool & a picture perfect view of the ocean/beach. Location was perfect to restaurants, marinas, stores & beach. Hotel was great & everyone was very friendly & hospitable. Restaurant/ Bar in hotel was good too! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your space with me as I had a relaxing & enjoyable week!

Good stay but a few hiccups

Apartment was as described lovely view and location, although it was a little tired in some areas such as the bathroom. There were cleaning issues. However be aware of the hidden costs! Although the listing advises it sleeps 3 & included is a folding bed you are actually charged 45 to use it! We advised our daughter would be staying one night and we were charged accordingly! Also advised was a kettle & bathrobes included which were not & on contacting the owners were told to contact reception & basically sort ourselves
.. The charges for extra supplies such as toilet rolls was unbelievable & it was the first thing on check-in the receptionist gave us a list of charges! The pool area was great but the hot tub was very tatty & required a total refurbishment huge holes in the sides & missing tiles. You can hear the music from the pool area in the apartment from around 9.am which was annoying & the hotel fire alarm went off 3 mornings in a row which was also annoying . It would also be a good idea to have information on who to call etc.. in the apartment if you have problems or even some local information.

The room is nice and the view is beautiful. Make sure you look at the hotel fees when you book. With the cleaning fee, resort fees & taxes I had to pay an additional 600 for the week and parking was an additional 55 a day on top of that.

A Little Bit Of Paradise!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in Suzi and Jacob’s accommodations. The condo was as pictured, clean and stylish, with an amazing view of the ocean from the 10th floor! I almost didn’t want to leave the condo, because with the balcony you feel like you’re on the beach.The condo building is in a fantastic location, walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. The Wild Thyme restaurant in the building is also awesome, and you can also order room service or to-go, which I enjoyed for many of my meals.I would highly recommend staying in Suzi and Jacob’s condo, and I look forward to the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

The description on website was exact, the location was perfect! The host was very responsive and it was well worth the money. The hotel itself had amazing customer service. The host even let us get in early on day of check in if the room was ready and it was!

Absolutely amazing stay

This property exceeded all my expectations! The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean that I could enjoy right from the room. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant served delicious food and added so much convenience. This is truly a spectacular place to relax and unwind—you will NOT be disappointed! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Fabulous view of the ocean!!

Jacob’s place was absolutely fantastic. The balcony overlooking the ocean was our favorite spot!! The unit was spotless and the location was perfect. The resort had chairs for the beach, bikes for exploring, and everything else we needed was within walking distance. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Ft. Lauderdale and like to be by the action this is the place for you! 10/10 recommend!! It provided for a perfect getaway.

Great location

I paid for location and this place delivered. Ocean view from room and pool. Simple walk across the street to the beach. Fees were a little different at the location then listed at the very end of the description of the place. If it wasn’t such a nice location I would be a little more upset about the 388 added cost at end of the stay. Minor complaints like no sponge, no dish soap, no shampoo and the pillows sucked.

Spring Break 2.0

Had a great stay at a property we previously booked through hotel. Got the room we wanted oceanfront spent every morning watching sunrise. Love the staff here at the bar Sarah, Alan, Anka and Anna. What an asset you have there so welcoming and fun. Lisa at the pool bar was also great. This place is just convenient easy to navigate.
