The Space:

The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining space, and a living room with a full-size sofa bed. From here, open the doors to your private balcony to enjoy the fresh coastal air. After a day at the beach, unwind in the private bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed. The unit is thoughtfully equipped to ensure a seamless stay for up to four guests.

Mandatory Fees (paid directly to the resort via debit/credit card):

Resort Fee: $40 per day, per unit.

Registration Fee: A one-time fee of $50 per unit.

Check-In Requirements: You will be required to sign the condominium’s rules and regulations form and provide a valid government-issued ID.

Late Check-In: Same-day reservations made after 6:00 PM will incur a $20 late check-in fee.

A Pack ‘n Play / travel crib is available upon request for a $25 fee and must be reserved in advance.



Parking:

On-site self-parking is available for $45 + tax (up to 24 hours) or $315 + tax (up to 7 days).



No Smoking: Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fine.

Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during late hours.
