Let me first say My time in FL was amazing and we enjoyed our stay at this location - Garrett our host was very responsive and helpful our entire stay no issues but I do see room for improvements or things other renters should know up front that we hope this review helps them so I will start off with the Cons then the Pros Cons : 1)!the area of the house is on a Main Street w / cars going up And down the road all night long / sirens etc .. so things can be very noisy sometimes - Didnât expect that and the area is kinda suspect looking at first but it was ok and nothing felt dangerous But at first we were worried - 2) the house is nice but the pics online make it look way better that it is 3) the water was brown and Garret told us it was the city water problems.We had to wash our faces and brush our teeth w bottle water I felt like I was in Mexico which is the norm not Florida / toilet seats need to be updated / replaced - no towels had to buy our own! 4) plugs near bed didnât work and I had a CPAP ! Pros 1)!The house is Central located to everything! ..about 45 mins or 1hr fromMiami and 20-25 Mins from the nice shops And restaurants in Fort Lauderdale but nothing in walking distance so I suggest driving - the beach I suggest is Las Olas itâs 25 mins away 2) the pool and spa was nice and warm but you better be Tech Savy to work it lol just a heads up! 3) Back yard was nice and fire pit was cool - no complaints outside! 3) bed was to soft for me but my gf slept well.
