Stock up on supplies with an Aldi and a Spouts supermarket just a 10 minute walk away then shop til you drop at Dania Point shopping mall less than a miles walk where you can catch a movie at the cinema, go bowling then eat out at one of the many restaurants, bars and cafes.
You’ll also find a YouFit Gym to squeeze in a workout with a Starbucks next door so you can refuel for the 10-minute walk home.
You’ll be close to Downtown Fort Lauderdale and the stunning Dania Beach with its popular antique shopping one of its main highlights, as well as quaint restaurants, sports venues, and the famous Dania Beach Pier.
Drive just 10 minutes and enjoy lunch along Las Olas Beach at one of the many waterfront cafes, then shop along the glamorous Blvd.
For a fun night out, drive just 10 minutes to the popular Hard Rock hotel and enjoy the expansive grounds with a 13.5-acre recreational water experience where you can kayak, swim, paddle board, or float in the Bora Bora style lagoon then relax in the gorgeous Rock Spa and Salon.

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included with your stay or by bus with a stop just a 2-minute walk from your door.

Florida`s Brightline train system makes it possible to travel from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach and Miami without a car. Each ride takes about 30 minutes and departs daily every one to three hours, depending on the direction and time of day.

You can see the city by boat with a fleet of water taxis that travel along the Intracoastal and downtown`s New River, stopping at 14 points of interest in Fort Lauderdale and the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort.

If your destination is not near a waterway, Sun Trolley offers routes with stops downtown and along the beach, as well as on Las Olas Boulevard. All routes are free except for the Beach Link and Las Olas Link routes.

For shorter trips around the city, consider reserving a bicycle through the Broward B-cycle bike-sharing program.

- Quiet Hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
- No unauthorized guests.
- No smoking is permitted inside the home. A fee of $1,000 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.
-Parking is limited to 4 cars at all times.

House rules:
1. Check in /Check Out - Check in time is 4:00 pm . Check out time is 10 am. Unless otherwise authorized by the management company. We MUST have 24 hour notice for extensions of stay or you will be expected to vacate at the 10:00 am checkout time.

2. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number indicated in listing. It is very important that the maximum occupancy rule is not violated as this will be considered a breach of the reservation rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.

3. Trash: all trash is bagged and put in waste bins provided.

4. Pets: We do allow house trained pets but please make sure to clean up after them. A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. It is your responsibility to deliver the property in the same conditions as received.

5. Parties or events: We do not allow parties, loud gatherings or events of any sort to be held in the property.

6. Smoking: There is to be NO SMOKING in the property. Smoking is allowed outside but do not toss butts in the patio or grass or outside of the home. Any evidence of smoking inside the home (i.e. smells of smoke, ashes, burns etc) will be an automatic forfeiture of the entire damage deposit.
