— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.

— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps many people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).

— Coffee machine a kettle and toaster. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee or tea at the pool (a family favorite).

We’re actually surprisingly close to everything! We are easily accessible by Uber (takes about several minutes for an Uber to show up).

This house is in a nice area close to I-95 and Fort Lauderdale Airport where also close to Dania beach and Hollywood beach. The house is great for Families, Big groups, business trips or Vacation's

For beach outings, we provide beach chairs and umbrella . Rest easy knowing that free parking is available for only to four cars, and take advantage of the washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Our commitment to convenient service extends to check-in, where we strive to be flexible within the limits of our schedule. Experience the easy of a keyless entry system, where we will provide you with a unique code to access the house upon check-in.



Other Things to Note:

When you arrive make sure to let us know that you are inside the house, and everything is great.

*Please do not bring more people to the house than stated in the reservation.



Please only park in dedicated 4 parking spaces.



For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:



- Bedding and towels

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent.



Please be considerate of the neighbors and bring all the gatherings inside the house after 9 pm.



If any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call us. You may be asked to vacate a property If the police are called for breaking the rules.



Once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves.



* If something breaks down or doesn't work properly during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours. (per guest request)



If you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please place the garbage container outside as provided on the "garbage table" placed inside the house.

We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 for 12 PM and $130 for 2 PM. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible (by 10 pm evening before).
