OUTDOOR SPACE:

KITCHEN: Fully stocked chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (4)
The Beach Place sleeps 12 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and high chairs on site.
- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee.

BATHROOMS: (3)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toilet paper and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- Large back patio with BBQ, table and chairs and chaise lounges.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.

GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: Parking for One (1) car is included, parking for a second vehicle is $25/day. (Maximum 2 cars)

PETS: No pets are permitted at this location.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

This property has an ideal location. Only 1 short block from the beach and broadwalk. There are dozens of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The property has 4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. It also has three bathrooms. It was nice and clean and well appointed. We had a great vacation.

The properties proximity to the beach was great, and overall square footage was more than accommodating, found several cockroaches, alive and dead on property and inside. Also, the listing is incorrect as the web shows this location to have a pool, which is in fact does not feel as if the listing was misleading.

Great Place!

The set up was great for us. Two separate wings with two bedrooms per side was perfect to vacation with family. It was also a very short walk to the beach. Some of the furniture was worn and the barstools were dangerous to sit on (need replaced). Other than that, when things were needed, the property manager was helpful.

Great location with some problems

The location is the greatest part about this property. Right down the block from the beach, which is perfect. The other great positive is the parking off the street. My family and I both experienced insects such as ants and cockroaches in almost every room, including the kitchen. The beds were very uncomfortable. They ranged from super rockhard to marshmallow soft. The listing also says entire home. Not the case we were in the downstairs apartment and upstairs was a family, which was very rambunctious into the late hours of the night. The house rules clearly say quiet time is 10 PM till 9 AM . The people upstairs apparently never got that notice. The apartment we were in could use a little updating as far as sheet rock repair, paint, and new showerheads. Also, the water on the refrigerator didn’t work because the lever was broken. Overall, I would say we would not stay in this property again, but possibly a different one in the same location

Overall Great Stay

Great location and was a plus that there were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Also a plus that towels, linens and beach towels were provided. The off street parking is wonderful. The couches weren’t very comfortable and didn't stay together as they slid on the floor. Also had a few cockroaches in the house but maybe that is more common for Florida.

Getaway at the beachđŸ–ïž

Loved it when we walked in. Bright,clean and plenty of room. My 3 sisters and I have been renting in Florida for 10 years. This is our favorite rental. So close to the beach and Broadwalk. Chris was the guy had a problem with the lights fixed right away. Hope to rent for many years. LB

Amazing location!!

The location is amazing for walkable access to many things. Great for 9 adult with the 3 baths and 4 bedrooms. Couch for lounging not so comfy and not a lot of space for the whole group to chill, but we were mostly out and about so it was ok for us.

150 steps to the beach

If you want a spot as close to the beach as you can this is the apartment for you. It was 150 steps down the road to the beach and boardwalk. The unit was as described, clean and bright. An added benefit was the layout. 2 bedrooms on one side of the living room with a door to close and 2 bedrooms on the other side with a door to close. This worked very well for our family. The apartment also provided beach towels, chairs and an umbrella which was a big help. We had an issue with the WiFi and it took several days before it was up and running, although ValGal Customer Service was helpful in correcting the problem. Great spot to wind down and enjoy the beach.

Best vacation in a long time

Check in was easy, the house was impeccable, location perfect. Our family truly enjoyed our stay. We had family coming from New Orleans and Arizona they had a great time and enjoyed the Florida sunshine! We will definitely be booking our next vacation at this location. Staff was great and very helpful. We do this every year and I must say this one the best!

This was a great place, easy walk to the beach, plenty of room for our large family, and nice kitchen space for our meals. Sleeping arrangements were great, 3 bathrooms were a real plus for a large group! A great no frills home base for our trip!

Family vacation near the beach!

What a great VRBO! My family and my sisters family enjoyed a week at a great home. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Great kitchen to to prepare meals with a large dining room table. A block walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops and bike rentals close by. Great parking...liked that we did not have to park on the street. I would stay here again!
