Outside:
Looks exactly like our pictures. Over 30 outdoor seating options. Clean landscaping with palm trees swaying above you. Pool and hot tub are cleaned daily. Full covered outdoor kitchen with ceiling fans, sink, grill and refrigerator outside. Perfect for relaxing!

Inside:
Clean, beach themed three bedroom, two bathroom. Our comfortable beds include two queens and one full. We also have a pull out queen sofa and an inflatable mattress. Tile and luxury vinyl throughout the home. Salt, pepper, oil, seasoning and plenty of pots/pans/utensils to cook with. We have Central AC for the guest bedrooms and living room, split unit for the master bedroom. All impact windows and doors. Pool access from the guest bathroom, living room, kitchen, and master bedroom.

Quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood where every home is on the water. Large circle driveway that can fit 5 cars if parked efficiently.

Maya and I live 5 minutes away from the property and are always available in person or by phone. We strive for all of our guests to have a 5-star stay!

Safe, well maintained and quiet neighborhood. Every home on our street is on the water. Neighbors are nice and will wave to you :)

BASIC HOUSE RULES
• No events or gatherings
• No visitors or vendors unless approved
• Outdoor quiet hours start at 9pm
• No outdoor music past 9pm
• No parking on street or grass
• No smoking in the house

We do our absolute best to accommodate guests with an incredible home and service, which is why we have such great reviews. We understand things in the home break from normal use and we do not charge for this. The last thing we do is nickel and dime guests on fees under $100. However, if a guest causes significant damages or interrupts other guests check in / check out times, we do charge in the following circumstances. Please note 99% of our guests are respectful and do not incur fines.
- Clogged sewage in need of plumber: $250 (in most cases)
- Unapproved late check out: $250 per hour
- Unapproved guests beyond the listing max: $100 per day, per guest
- Unapproved pets: $100 per day, per pet
- Smoking in the home: $500
- Significant damage in home caused by guest: price varies

LIABILITY
All guests staying at the property understand that use of this rental property in Pompano Beach, Florida 33060 is at your own risk. The guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the host & owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the premises and waive and release owner, agents, and employees from any liability and/or claim for personal injury, property damage, or death that may arise from Guest’s use of the facility regardless of cause, even if such cause can be associated in any way by the acts or failures to act of the owner, or any of its agents, or employees in the installation, adjustment, inspection, maintenance and/or rental of the property, or from guest’s use of the property. Guests accepts total responsibility for any and all injuries or damages of any kind which may result from any reason in the use of premises, and it is the Guest’s intention to hold harmless the owners for any injury sustained by Guest or anyone else, regardless of cause, while using the premises. Guests assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge this constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host. By completing your reservation you have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Liability Waiver.
