SUNROOM- Your ideal South Florida sunroom! Direct access to the pool deck. Includes 1 sofa and 2 seating chairs with a large flat-screen TV! Overlooking the pool and yard to relax and get some sun while still enjoying the A/C. This room is perfect for hanging with family and friends or watching your kids enjoy the pool and yard!

KITCHEN- This kitchen includes a granite top bar island with stools, a second granite top bar with stools, a large beautiful dinner table and chairs, all new stainless steel appliances which include the following: Dishwasher, fridge & freezer, microwave, oven, and stove top. This kitchen offers all cooking necessities such as silverware, dishes, pots and pans, glass cups, wine glasses & champagne glasses. Also includes a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea maker, blender, Wine Cooler, barbecue utensils, all commonly used condiments, and all cooking basics! Also includes a Bar with storage and slap sink perfect for making drinks and hosting some friends and family to a fun time!

BEDROOM 2- 1 King bed, including night stand, 2 dressers, and closet to store all belongings. Attached is an updated shared walk in bathroom & shower. Enjoy views of the front tropical yard!

BEDROOM 3- 1 Queen Bed, including a large dresser, and night stand. Attached is a shared walk in bathroom & shower. Scenic Water and Pool view with direct access to backyard! Isolated room on opposite side of other rooms for privacy!

LAUNDRY ROOM- Includes a washer and dryer. Large common area for storage etc if needed. *We provide Iron & Board for your convenience!*

*BACKYARD*- This backyard is your ideal South Florida Tropical yard surrounded by palm trees! Includes a large oversized HEATED pool with waterfall, Tiki Hut with Seating,New Jacuzzi, outdoor dining table and chairs, lounge chairs laid out on the deck perfect for soaking up some rays, Beach Chairs, Gas BBQ Propane and fenced in backyard with Turf Grass! Pool Basketball hoop With balls! Also includes stationary chairs for extra seating! Outdoor lighting as well! Water Misters outdoors to cool off from the hot sun!

Nice house. Very clean and nicely kept up. TV was a bit challenging as it was difficult to access local networks. Did have to purchase soap for showers. Overall very nice!

This house was perfect for our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The fully stocked kitchen was great since we don't like to eat out a lot. And the air fryer was a great addition as we use one at home often. The backyard and pool/hot tub were great!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The property is exactly as stated in the listing. It’s beautiful and quiet. We loved it! The property manager communicated very well. Only two very minor issues mosquitos in the backyard, so bring something. The other was the pool cleaning service. They showed up not on the scheduled days and one morning he showed up at 6:30AM. Nothing to do with the house but just an fyi.

Perfection
all the way!

This property surpassed any & all expectations! The pictures do not do it justice. The house is everything you want if you’re looking for a secluded oasis for well deserved R&R. No expense was spared when designing & executing every area of this home. Just a small example: the way the lighting set up so that when you walk into the master bath/closet, they turn on automatically when you walk into the room! And you can dim the lights & set them to your own preference. The kitchen is huge & perfectly set up to cook/prepare meals & the appliances are up to date & easy to use. There’s a huge W&D in the garage. But, the best part is the backyard/outside area. There’s a sweet little tiki hut where you can sit & enjoy your morning coffee & a large BBQ that’s there for your use (it comes with a 40 surcharge for the propane tank). I can’t comment on how well the BBQ works because we didn’t use it, as it was just me & my friend & didnt feel the need to uncover it, get it going for just the 2 of us. Completely fenced, 100% private with a pool & separate hot tub that truly completes the healing space of this gem of a property! The ranch style house is located on a private, quiet street, but is a mere 5 minute drive to the local Publix, Walgreens & any other stores you need. In addition, Red Reef Park & Beach is just 5 miles away! Honestly, I could go on 
& on, but all I can say is this was a 10/10 experience! We will DEFINATELY be back!

Perfect FL Getaway

The house was perfect for the size and needs of our group. The location was great, being close enough to the beach but not in a congested area. Check-in/Check-out was very simple. House was well kept and clean. The backyard was the highlight and where we spent most of the week. Only negatives were that a few windows were left unlocked and the kitchen supplies were rather thin, other than that I would most certainly stay here again.

This was a great house for us. Plenty of room inside and back yard is awesome. Heated pool, spa, as I said just as advertised. Property manager was very responsive. I'm looking at my next stay already.

Great house

We loved this house, had everything we needed, lots of space, comfortable beds , stocked kitchen and plenty of towels . Close to the beach -10 min drive , Walgreens and Dunkin’ Donuts and Publix all very close . We would definitely stay again. Only problem was figuring out lock with code to front door -door was a bit faulty . And we never understood the light switches, crazy!

Stylish & comfortable

This was a modernized, spacious, comfortable house with a good pool and lots of nice interior-design touches. We were visiting family in the neighborhood, and this was a great base and refuge. We would rent this again for a future trip. Its mostly a driving location, 10-15min to nearest beach, but that's pretty typical for south florida inland of the intracoastal.
