Be greeted by the fish tank wall in the large living room/ dining area.
Continue to the galley kitchen with a view of the expansive back yard and brick patio with fire-pit and grill.
At the end of the day the brand new custom walk in showers in both bathrooms are a real treat.

The space
This 1959 Ranch style home is all newly renovated with 1,200sq ft 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Dishwasher, Electric Oven, toaster, spices, coffee maker, microwave, air fryer, popcorn maker, waffle maker, nonstick pots and many different glass/metal pans as well as almost every utensil you could need for cooking. Large capacity washer and dryer. Dinning table that seats 4.

Leather couches, 2 fish tanks, TV with Roku and discovery channel provided. Hammock chair, 5’ round dinning table for up to 8, high chair and a few games. (A queen size air mattress is also available in the hall closet and can fit in the living room.

Split King adjustable messaging bed, Very Large Tv with Roku and Discovery channel. Pack-n-play. Ceiling fan and small personal fan.

Double sinks with hair dryer, curb-less shower with spa shower panel and bidet baby shower seat.

Queen bed, Twin XL adjustable bed, personal fan, closet and plenty of kids toys and books.

Hairdryer, lighted mirror, curbless shower, child toilet seat.
-Front Yard;
Is fenced off from the back yard, has gardens, a large pond with a bridge and seating for 2. (Note the fence and the backyard path still needs some work but the fence will always be at least temporarily fenced off so the yard remains fully fenced in during your stay.
-Backyard;
Brick patio with fire pit and fire place, grill, patio seating for 8 plus, hammock, a table that seats 6 and a large open grass area. There is also a folding kitty pool that can be prefilled and covered for your stay by request.

Other things to note; This listing is for half of the house but don’t worry the second side will be vacant during your stay. If you are interested in booking the second side at the same time message me anytime. It has 800sq ft 2bed 2bath ( first bedroom has 1 queen adjustable bed with tv, attached bathroom with curb-less shower. 2nd room has 1 twin, 1 twin XL adjustable bed. full bathroom with tub is in the hall and Laundry is by the back door, Living room and Full kitchen with Tv is in the step down converted garage space with its own front door to the driveway.
