The main home features an open layout with comfortable living spaces, a large kitchen, and natural light throughout. The primary suite includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet, while the additional bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom—perfect for roommates, families, or traveling professionals.
Maximum occupancy is 6 overnight guests. Only registered guests included in the reservation may stay overnight.

The primary renter must be at least 21 years old.

No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

Only approved pets are permitted. Pets must stay off all furniture, beds, pillows, cushions, blankets, comforters, sheets, towels, and other household linens or textiles.

Guests traveling with a pet must bring their pet’s own bed, bedding, and towels.

Pet beds, blankets, towels, or other pet-related items may not be washed in the home’s washer or dryer.

Guests are responsible for immediately picking up and properly disposing of all pet waste from the yard and outdoor areas.

Please use sheets as the sleeping surface. Do not sleep directly on comforters, quilts, decorative bedding, or mattress covers. If you prefer not to use the comforter, please place it carefully in the bedroom closet.

Please keep the home reasonably clean and treat the furniture, appliances, linens, and household items with care.

Any spills, damage, malfunction, or maintenance issue should be reported promptly.

Children are not permitted at this time due to stairs and uneven outdoor surfaces.
