Checkin is at 3PM - 8PM, please inform us if you intend to check in any time later than 8PM.

Checkout is at 10AM. If you require a later checkout please let us know in advanced as it depends on availability.

During your stay, please be sure to follow the following house rules:
- Smoking of any kind of not permitted
- Parties or events of any kind are not permitted
- Hygiene is important to us, so please put away rubbish and use the garbage bags and cleaning wipes provided to ensure cleanliness.
- Please make sure to keep dirty shoes off of the bed, floors and furniture.
- Please do not move our furniture or decorations.
- Stains on white towels that cannot be removed are considered damaged.
- Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, or lounges.
- Please pick up your dog`s waste and dispose of it in the red bin.

We do charge extra fees in case of extra cleaning, loss or damage to property such as linen, towels, furniture and appliances.
