THE SPACE
The space at your complete disposal consists of two independent and private apartments in Villa: "Il Tramonto" and "Il Nido".

“IL TRAMONTO” is of about 200 square meters, with 3 terraces and sea-sunset views. Tastefully restored with Italian style, it has an independent entrance and offers all comforts:
- 1 king-size double bedroom with a terrace and sea view (and 1 single bed)
- 1 double room with a single bed
- A light-filled living room with 2 panoramic terraces, sofa (sofa-bed), table and satellite Smart TV LG 4K UHD.
- A light-filled and fully equipped kitchen with: essentials, dishes, pots, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric coffee and cappuccino machine, electric kettle, toaster and a panoramic terrace with a table
- 2 independent bathrooms with a shower, bath, hairdryer and toiletry items
- 1 small storage room

“IL NIDO” is of about 60 square meters. Tastefully restored with Italian style, it has a private entrance, terrace and all comforts:
- 1 king-size double bedroom
- A light-filled living room with private terrace, sofa (sofa-bed) and TV
- A light-filled and fully equipped kitchen with: essentials, dishes, pots, fridge, oven, electric coffee and cappuccino machine, electric kettle, toaster and table
- 1 bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toiletry items

THE AREA
Located in the countryside of Ischia, the Villa is a perfect heaven surrounded by the beauty of nature. It is 900 meters far from the closest bus station so we recommend our guests to rent a scooter or car in order to enjoy a more comfortable holiday and for discovering the island in the best way. We can help you get it easily through a local company and you can find the vehicle directly at the Villa or Port.

THE DISTRICT
Via Corbaro, close to Via Bocca, is one of the most typical street of Ischitan countryside. With large vineyards and dry stone walls of Green Tuff stones called “parracine”, its historical identity still remains intact. Full of typical restaurants, you can live a real experience enjoying the breath-taking landscapes and the colourful sunsets. There are many trekking trails leading to the Mount Santa Maria and Mount Epomeo where you can reach the highest and panoramic peak on the island of Ischia.

“Villa Titina – Sunset Apartments” is not far from: Citara Bay, Giardini Ravino, Giardini La Mortella, Thermal Garden Poseidon, Forio Centre, Sant’Angelo, Sorgeto Bay, Thermal Park Negombo, Cava dell’Isola Beach, Chiaia Beach, San Francesco Beach, Mount Epomeo, Mount Santa Maria. The place is ideal for long country walks and Trekking.

GUESTS ACCESSIBILITY
All Guests have access to the whole apartment, the parking and the panoramic garden of Villa Titina with an outdoor hot shower.

We are happy to be at your complete disposal for everything you may need and will provide you with all information about Ischia. We want our Guests to feel at home, their personal satisfaction is our foremost priority.

TO KNOW
Guests should pay the visitors local tax by cash at the Check-in (1 or 2 EUR per person per day, it depends on the month) and show a valid identification document.

Our guests can book the transfer from Capodichino Airport and Central Station of Napoli and vice versa. It should be booked at least 4 days before.
