The property is twenty acres, off a rustic road and the general area is rich with Vineyards, trails and fine restaurants

Other things to note:

POOL HEATING:

• The pool is approximately 10 ft deep; due to its size, maintaining heat can be challenging in cooler outdoor temperatures

• Pool heating is generally available during the warmer months.

• Typically, the pool is unheated from November until the Memorial Day Weekend; however, availability ultimately depends on current weather conditions rather than fixed dates.

• When ambient temperatures are too low, heating may be less effective and may not reach a comfortable swimming temperature.

• Guests may request pool heating during the week of their stay, and our team will review the forecast and confirm feasibility

• A $350/day heating fee applies (2-day minimum), reflecting the cost to heat the pool

• The pool heater can only be operated by our staff

• Please allow up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature

• During warmer conditions, the pool is often comfortable without heating

OCCUPANCY:

Additional guests exceeding the max occupancy of 8 paid guests, MUST be pre-approved by the host prior to your check-in. Any violation of this rule and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately!

PET POLICY:

This home is STRICTLY an animal-free zone due to severe allergies of the owner & family. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed and if there is evidence of pets on the property this will result in a $1,500 fine along with any cleaning or damages caused by pets, and you will be asked to VACATE the property immediately with NO refund.

You MUST notify owner during the inquiry process even if you have a service animal.

When you stay at the Oak & Vine Forestville, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as a "management fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
