The Space:

Welcome to the House of Putt & Plaid, a professionally decorated retreat in the prestigious Abbey Springs community. This chic home, which feels like it's straight out of a magazine, offers a perfect balance of seclusion and access to resort-style perks.



Step into the impressive great room, where you can gather with family around the smart TV. The fully-equipped galley kitchen is ready for you to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed in the elegant dining area, distinguished by its bold plaid wallpaper. For your convenience, a main-level bedroom provides direct access to the screened-in porch, perfect for a quiet morning coffee.



Upstairs, the tranquil primary suite awaits, boasting a spacious ensuite bathroom and a private balcony. An additional comfortable bedroom is also located on this floor. The lower level is an entertainment haven. Challenge your family to a game of ping pong or pool at the clubhouse, then settle in for movie night in the theater-style living room. This level also includes a private bedroom and bathroom, giving guests their own dedicated space.



Outside, the home's expansive deck invites you to immerse yourself in the surrounding forest. Enjoy dining al fresco with your loved ones using the BBQ grill, or gather around the fire pit for stories under the stars.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 4 private bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 (Main Level): King bed with deck access

• Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King bed with ensuite bathroom and private balcony

• Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Queen bed

• Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): Two Queen beds



Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire home, including a washer and dryer for your convenience. Your reservation also includes guest passes for the exclusive Abbey Springs community amenities, which include:

• Indoor and outdoor swimming pools

• Hot tub

• Private lakefront beach

• Fitness center

• Har-Tru tennis courts

• Arcade

• On-site restaurants



Upon arrival, please check in at the community security checkpoint to receive your access cards and parking pass. No more than 8 guests will be allowed onto the grounds.



The Neighborhood:

Abbey Springs is a unique beach, boat, and golf community on the southwestern shores of Geneva Lake. It offers an exclusive private club experience, centered around a golf course with a 4.5-star rating from Golf Digest Magazine. The lake views are breathtaking and offer a spectacular backdrop for your vacation.



The family atmosphere and social events separate Abbey Springs from any other community in the area. The golf and tennis professionals are among the best in Lake Geneva, offering high-level junior lessons as well as adult leagues and events.



Getting Around:

Driveway parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. Please note that a golf cart is not included with this home, and the Abbey Springs community does not permit rental golf carts.



Other Things to Note:

• Permit: Village of Fontana Short Term Rental Permit #STR23-00047

• Fireplace: Living room fireplace is not available for guest use.

• Age Requirement: The minimum age to book is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

• Check-in/Out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary, and additional hours are $30 each.

• Community Amenities: The Abbey Springs community provides the pools, hot tub, sport courts, and other shared amenities. While they are generally available year-round (with outdoor facilities being seasonal), their availability is at the discretion of the community. The host is not responsible for the unexpected closure of any community-provided amenities.
