By zipping around on the complimentary golf cart, you’ll find navigating from destination to destination a literal breeze. The heart of the community is the championship golf course, a meticulously designed haven for golf enthusiasts. Immerse yourself in the lush greenery and challenging fairways while enjoying the fresh lake breeze – a golfer's paradise with a view! Beyond the home, you will also be conveniently located for easy day and evening trips to the charming nearby village of Fontana-On-Geneva-Lake, a popular destination for tourists and locals alike with its boutique shopping, numerous eateries, and outdoor recreation experiences.



The home’s bright and airy open floor plan will be your retreat for relaxation as well as connectivity, with enough room for everyone to spread out and find their own cozy corner. Vaulted ceilings and large windows help to illuminate the space in natural light, keeping the picturesque outdoors front and center. Sink into plush sofa seating in the living room to stream your favorite episodes on the smart TV, the fireplace keeping you warm and toasty in the cooler months. The dining room table with seating for 6 is the perfect venue for mealtimes or a spontaneous game night. The modern kitchen showcases full sized appliances, granite counters, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Steps away, you’ll be back out on the home’s private balcony where you can grill up a delicious barbeque lunch or enjoy a meal al fresco. If you’re seeking some quiet time away from the group, a second living area on the home’s lower level supplies its own comfy sofa, smart TV, and fireplace where you can curl up to watch a movie or turn the pages of a new book.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a loft.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin size bed.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed.

The loft includes 1 queen size bed and 1 twin size bed.



The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, both offering a single vanity and walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• For the 2026 season, there may be active construction at the lakefront (yacht club/restaurants, beach, etc.). Abbey Springs may limit or close lakefront amenities at any time. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking lot parking is available for 2 vehicles. Any additional cars may park at the clubhouse.

• Golf cart is available approximately May-September. Renter will be required to sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key.

• Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 8 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.

• There are security cameras above the front door monitoring the front walkway and on the back of the home monitoring the backyard. Neither are recording.

• The Abbey Springs community provides the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sport courts, arcade, fitness center, beach, lakefront park, and restaurants. We generally expect them to be open and available year-round (besides the outdoor amenities being available seasonally), but their availability is at the discretion of the community. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
