This tri-plex, 2 short blocks (100 yards) to the beach and 5 blocks from restaurants, bars, and shopping, was built in the mid 20th century and renovated in 2022. The two-bedroom one bath unit has two luxurious king beds and an expansive backyard with classic old oaks providing shade. For a more spacious shower (small shower inside) use the enclosed outdoor shower behind unit C and shared by both units. Walk out the back yard for direct access to the City Park, with a playground, tennis & basketball courts, and a dog park. The unit boasts a full kitchen and multiple off-street parking spots (front and back). Please note you will need to navigate two steps down to access the property. Not enough room? Rent Unit C to double the size. Owners live upstairs.
