The property had a great view of the ocean and of people coming and going; lots of activity. It was easy to come and go as we pleased, and the very short walk to the beach was a nice bonus, too. I loved the size of the property, the cleanliness, as well as the various amenities. Enjoying an adult beverage on the deck in the evening with the sound of the crashing waves was the icing on the cake for me. The kids loved the accessibility to the ocean and pool, as well as the varioud shops pn the main strip. My wife enjoyed the local dining and the size of the individual rooms. Communication was great, too, and were already discussing staying again next year. My wife's sister and family live in nearby Summersville, and we would love for them to stay with us as well. They did visit and were impressed. Thank you, Felix Secreto

Nice property but needs some attention. Lights without bulbs, wood floor was sticky, I had to wash, the icemaker would not shut off, crisper drawer was broke, fan in MB didn’t work, toilet roll holder missing and all carpet needed vacuumed. Great location!

Family vacation

This was a quick stop on our family vacation but well worth it! Total of 5 adults. Easy walk to the beach, which had beach service for chairs and umbrellas. We were restaurants and shops get steps away from this condo. I will be coming back to this unit on our next trip to Folly Beach.

Great long weekend

We traveled to Folly beach for a wedding . There were 6 of us so having three bathrooms was excellent. Great location, totally walkable to everything . Would stay here again, and would highly recommend this location.

Good , quick response time with property manager. My dilemma was the room number....looked like 31 when actually 3I (3i)....but CAPS were used so...confusing at check in.

Only one issue

Let me start with the Condo, amenities, furniture and the view was all great. Upon arrival the ac unit was not working there was a floor ac unit that had been put in by maintenance the week prior but did not cool the condo. It took 2 days of calling the office as they acted like they had no clue of the issue. Finally the maintenance person can and said the unit had went out a week prior and the hvac company had parts on order. We asked to be moved as it was 86 degrees in the condo. 2 days later the maintenance person came with another floor unit and fans after we daily called the office. We did get some money back for our trouble but wish the unit worked or they would have moved us prior to arrival since they knew the ac was not working then this would have been a 5 star review.

Perfect Location

We loved the location and ease of walking the downtown folly beach restaurants, shops and pier. The view was great for being one street off the beachfront. Only critique would be the bath cabinets were peeling and carpet needs replaced. Did not stop us from really enjoying our family get together!

Great location right across from Beach

The location was surrounded by many bars restaurants and shops for tourists. Only a short 25 minutes drive to charleston. A condo was in great condition everyone had their own space as well as their own bathroom. Love the living room and absolutely loved the balcony which provided a great view of the ocean. Would stay there again and would highly recommend. Parking was easy and we had a space for our car with no problem.

Parking space not located under building, had to text to find out where it was located and instead of answering the question I got a "rude" text telling me that I could not park in it until it was check in time--wasn't asking that was just trying to get our ducks in a row for check in time, finally was able to find out that the parking space for that unit was located at the other end of building 2, not a big deal just could have made that a note in the check in paper work to save guest time. Remote for guest room TV was not in the room and was not located until almost check out time when we were doing our final walk through--rule listed in the "Rule" book that nothing was to be moved from room to room even bath towels were to be left in the floor for "inventory" or there would be a charge. So many rules and notes posted all over the unit that it felt like a jail, literally was afraid we were going to put the butter knife in the wrong drawer and be charged. Location was very nice, beds were comfortable, unit was clean inside but the outside door was disgusting, bath cabinets were falling apart and several of the outlets did not work and some were coming out of the wall.

Nice beach condo

Great location but needs a little TLC

Great location! Close to the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Needs a little TLC as far as general maintenance and upkeep. Door hinges leading out to the balcony were almost rusted off as well as the AC vents were rusting as well. The door knob to the master bedroom was loose and hanging off. These were all very minimal things and we would definitely stay here again!
