Welcome to Happy Salmon! Located in a quite neighborhood and 0.3 miles from beach access, this stunning home is equipped with high-end amenities and an elevator. The sophisticated interior detailing and tasteful furnishings are the epitome of luxury. Choose your private, outdoor oasis from the screen porch, the rooftop deck, the open deck, or backyard and private pool. Every bedroom has direct access to a full bathroom. Easily walk or take a short drive to all shops and restaurants in downtown Folly Beach, about 1/2 mile away.

The living room features a vaulted ceiling, elongated wet bar, dining table for 10, and glass doors that fold open onto the expansive screen porch. Keep your wine at the perfect temperature in the custom 150-bottle wine fridge. Additional second floor living room includes a flat screen TV to watch your favorite show, along with cozy seating to chat and play games. Dine outdoors on the screen porch at the table for 8, or relax on the plush furnishings to watch a movie on the flat screen TV. Screen porch leads out to the open deck to catch some sun, or head down to the pool area.

Kitchen comes equipped with high-end appliances, such as a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf 6-burner gas stove and oven, Bosch dishwasher, a Kitchen-aid second oven and microwave. Cabinets are stocked with everything you need to cook and serve big family meals. Have some company while cooking with the 3 counter seats. Laundry room is off the kitchen with a stacked washer and dryer, counter, and sink. Half bathroom located off of the kitchen in the hallway.

The outdoor spaces are the highlight of the home! Lounge by the private in-ground pool and go for a swim on a warm day. The backyard is a private oasis, perfect for outdoor entertainment and letting the kids play. Ample seating can be found under the house and around the pool. There are two large outdoor showers to rinse off after the fun day at the beach and before getting in the pool. Grill out on the gas grill. You will surely find yourself outdoors more than inside! Public beach access is straight up 4th Street, just a short walk away to have your toes in the sand and surf.

First floor has two of the four bedrooms. Lovely master bedroom with a king bed, desk, and flat screen TV with wooded views. Sliding door gives you direct access to the open deck. Grand, ensuite master bathroom is a dream with a double vanity, expansive closet, and spacious shower with a soaking tub. Just down the hall is the second bedroom with a full size bunk bed, desk, and small TV. Full-size bathroom with a tub/shower is conveniently private for the bunk room.

Second floor houses the last two bedrooms. Bedroom three sleeps up to 4 guests with one queen bed and a twin bunk bed. These guests have access to a private, full-size bathroom with a tub/shower. Bedroom four is a second master bedroom with a queen bed, desk, ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower, and walk-in closet.

Take the elevator or stairs up to the third floor with a wet bar, table for 4 to play cards or enjoy cocktails, and access to the rooftop deck with couch seating. Elevator is an amenity for guest convenience only, NOT ADA compliant. Enjoy wooded views and the ocean breezes.

Go into the Folly Beach downtown area, just 0.5 miles away, to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy photos!

Just a short, 25-minute drive will have you to historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more. Customize your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

Parking for up to 4 vehicles is free in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable, charcoal grill, private pool can be heated in the off-season for an additional cost, TVs, keyless entry, contactless check-in, central heat and A/C, $250 VayK Gear beach gear rental credit, washer/dryer, high quality linens and bath towel sets for the maximum occupancy of the home, and modern appliances. A starter supply of toiletries will be provided and up to the guest to replenish as needed. Fireplace is not for guest use.

Home is non-smoking and strictly not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, of 10 guests. Neighborhood noise ordinance in effect 24/7. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

Several things were not as depicted in the photos and broken. IE/ no cushions on pool lounges, toilet flush handle broken in 3rd fl bathroom, sink drain clogged in master bathroom. Texted about these concerns and was told someone would come to property and we didn’t have to be on site ( very bad to say that we didn’t have to be there) and then don’t think anyone ever came because they were never fixed. Pool lights were not on 
 had to text service to turn on and they randomly turned 1 on for maybe an hour. Many closets had extra beds/cribs making less use of the closet. Additionally, most of the closets didn’t have proper garment hanging rods 
 they were laying in a shelf with the attachments either on the floor or in another shelf. Like they started installing them and never finished. The house was gorgeous and served our needs fine with the exception of what is stated above. For the money I paid, these things were pretty important to not be property working and usable as depicted.

Great Place

Very nice home, walking distance to beach and shops. Kids loved the pool, heating it was worth the charge. Would recommend the property for a luxury stay in Folly Beach.

Wonderful experience

This property was AMAZING! There were nine of us ranging from 62 to 2. We had EVERYTHING we needed and more!! The different sitting areas are wonderful. The bunk bed set up downstairs by master was perfect as was the bunk bed room with queen bed! The elevator was a lifesaver for unloading our suitcases,food, etc
. It’s such a short walk to beach we did also rent a golf cart which was helpful for the 4 little grands. The backyard is stunning and the pool perfect! Kitchen is setup well and has everything!! I could go on and on! It was an amazing nig getaway for us as a family!!

High end home, however for the price we would expect couches to be stain free. Every soft seating surface had stains on them. Over 4 days, no one sat on the couch or any outside seating surface.

Family time

Great family vacation. House was perfect to accommodate all of us. Beautiful home with a nice pool. Great big sunroom for everyone to hang out together. The pool is shaded most of the day which was good for my grandbabies! Nice and close to the beach! We rented a golf cart which was perfect!
