Maximum occupancy is 6 guests at any time during your stay.
One designated parking space is available under the building, along with additional open parking in the lot.
Beach equipment is not provided, but guests are welcome to use any items available at the property.
Grills are not permitted, and there is no community grill on site.
Pets are not permitted.
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under ADA Title II and Title III and are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by our office in designated “pets considered” properties.

Additional Information
An elevator is available in the building. While we manage the condo itself, elevator maintenance is handled by the HOA/building management. The presence of an elevator does not indicate the property is ADA compliant.
House parties, weddings, events, DJs, bands, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Folly Beach quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, with weekends often extending activity in the downtown area until approximately 11 PM due to nearby restaurants and nightlife.
This property is located near downtown Folly Beach and within walking distance to popular restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
Downtown Charleston is approximately 12 miles away.
Charleston International Airport is approximately 22 miles away.

Payment Policy
A 50% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be charged to the card on file. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Noise Monitoring

To comply with Folly Beach noise ordinances, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. This privacy-compliant device monitors decibel levels only and does not listen to or record conversations. If noise exceeds acceptable levels, guests may receive a courtesy text reminder to reduce the volume to avoid violations or fines.
Suppose occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and require guests to vacate immediately without refund. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a respectful and enjoyable environment for everyone.
