On Center Street you find a variety of amazing bars, restaurants, and shops all just 1 block away from your ocean front hangout.
This condo is perfect for a couples retreat or a small family beach vacation. This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a feast. The living room features an arm chair and sleeper sofa. There is a dining nook as well situated right in front of the window. As you step into the bedroom, you will find a comfortable king size bed, TV, and closet storage. The full bathroom will come supplied with our soaps and fresh towels.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.
Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
