This elegant villa offers a gorgeous panorama over this exclusive landscape and permits to easily reach all the places that are featuring the historical, natural and gastronomical characteristics of this wonderful locality in Tuscany.

Villa Dei Cipressi offers a spacious garden for the outdoors days which enhances your summer feasts. This special position allows tourists who stay there to take walks in the countryside but at the same time easy access to the beaches of the Carboniferous, and the park Mortelliccio Sterpaia, yet little affected by crowding the bathing establishments.
It also offers interesting ideas for activities of fishing, to horseback riding or biking.

The villa is surrounded by about 2000 olive trees, many of which are secular: the farm is located in which it is producing biologic extra-virgin olive oil which you can perform on-site tastings.
