Italia apartment in Follonica

Condominium building centrally located on the Italia seafront, with bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors close at hand. You can walk along the pedestrian promenade up to Via Roma, the heart of the city, or on the opposite side up to the beaches of Pratoranieri and the sea can be reached simply by crossing the road, where we find both equipped beaches and free beaches.
The strong point is certainly the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Follonica and the enchanting Island of Elba.
Italia is a large apartment on the fifth floor with lift, which will enchant you with its breathtaking view of the Gulf of Follonica.
It has a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a living area which leads to the balcony overlooking the sea, two double bedrooms both with the addition of a single bed and a double bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one master and one service, both with shower, to ensure maximum comfort.
Linen is not provided (only on specific request). Apartment suitable for families, not rented to groups of young people.
