Villa San Giglio is located in the hills of Foligno, a short distance from some of Umbria's most charming villages, such as Spoleto, Assisi, Trevi and Perugia. It comprises a main structure and an annex with a total of 8 bedrooms.
This villa has ancient origins, much more than the centuries-old olive trees that dominate the landscape. Indeed, in the past it was a convent, a place of worship whose charm still exudes.
Everything here is authentic: the beautiful terracotta floor, polished by time; the cloister with its wooden walkway and high arches; the stone cave connected to the kitchen, where norcineries (the popular local cold cuts) are stored.
Entering through the cloister, the main entrance, you are immediately surrounded by a rural and spiritual atmosphere at the same time.
The rooms are spacious and spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is the living area, comprising two kitchens, a large dining room with fireplace, a laundry room, a billiard room, a reading corner and a living room. Right in this room is the staircase leading to the sleeping area on the upper floor.
You can walk out of the dining room and find yourself right in the 10,000-square-meter garden, where the large swimming pool reflects the green of the lush vegetation by which it is surrounded.
Villa San Giglio is in the ideal location for exploring the natural and historical beauty of Umbria. And, thanks also to the intimacy it offers, it is the perfect place to find peace.

In case of reservation, the following conditions are accepted:

Security Deposit: 1500€
Final Cleaning: 250€
Consumption: 50€ per week for air conditioning in a room in the depandance from June to August

On request:
Animals: 30€ per week
Additional change of linen: 17€ per person for a minimum of 4 people
Additional cleaning: 30€ per operator
The pool is not guaranteed to be open during the months of October to May.
