This home is adorned with coastal decor throughout with all new furniture, window treatments, mattresses, and bedding. The Remote Primary Suite entails King Size Bed, a wall mounted Smart TV, a Private Bath with a relaxing Garden tub, Separate Shower, and a huge Walk In Closet. Guest Bedroom #1 holds a Queen Size Bed and a wall mounted Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #2 is perfect for the kiddos with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed with another Twin Pull Out, and a wall mounted Smart TV for their favorite shows. Just between the 2 Guest Bedrooms is the Full Size Guest Bath with a shower/ tub combo and a closet full of extras such as Beach Towels, Games, and more! With an open floor plan, the entire family can gather in the great room to watch the game on the large screen, wall mounted, Smart TV, while you (or designated vacation chef) whips up a fantastic meal in the fully stocked kitchen, with a provided k-cup coffee brewer. There is even a sleeper sofa in the living area for extra sleeping arrangements. Parking is a breeze with a 2 car garage and can fit up to 2 more cars in the driveway.
Ready to hit the beach? This home is only 7.5 miles away from Gulf Place Beach Access. Or, head on over to OWA/ Tropical Falls to enjoy a super fun amusement park, indoor/outdoor water park, entertainment district, and shopping. More Shopping? -TVs: are streaming only. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts.
- Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at many local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas at many beach access points for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant close by.
- All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions of what to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS - All monthly reservations must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate. To get your quote, you must set the dates from the first to the first of each month. Or, you may give us a call for these rates and terms.
**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.
