You’ll be in a great spot for day trips. Claytor Lake State Park is about a 40-minute drive, and both Virginia Tech in Blacksburg and Radford University are roughly 40 to 45 minutes away. If you’re flying in or want a bigger-city outing, Roanoke is around 55 to 60 minutes by car.

The house is just a few miles from downtown Floyd. If you have an issue with finding it
or getting the address to show up please reach out.
Directions to your rental:
The address is 174 Water Haven Lane Floyd VA 24091.
Once you turn onto Water Haven go straight allllll the way back. Do not ever veer right or
turn right. Just keep going straight. Your cottage is right across from a carport. There is
a wooden deck with a small gate around your cottage. If you walk through the wooden
gate the door on that deck has a keypad where you can enter your key code.

There is a large pond on the property so guests should be aware of that so children don’t
wander, etc without an adult. There is also an opening behind the house that goes to the
basement (a set of stairs) so adults should be always monitoring children on the property and
being mindful of the set of stairs behind the house because a person could fall.

- The house is located on a quiet street, please be courteous of the neighbors and keep noise levels low.

- Do not run air conditioning with doors open.

- Ensure all windows and doors are locked when checking out.

- Parties are not allowed, and will not be tolerated. Guests who violate quiet hours (9pm-8am) will be notified once, and then
asked to leave on the second violation.
