Escape to Sunrise Villa, our lakefront paradise on the coveted south end of the Lake Lanier and nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. Our home has a resort-like feel, and is ideal for taking advantage of everything the lake has to offer or for simply relaxing with family and friends. Kayak, paddle board, rent a boat, hike, go wine tasting, or just enjoy our heated saltwater pool, hot tub, pool table, large BBQ, fireplaces, and breathtaking views. This is your perfect getaway.

The house is 7000 square feet with a very bright, open layout and huge windows and lake views throughout. There are 6 bedrooms with 5 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 7 single beds, 6 and 1/2 bathrooms, a heated pool and hot tub, a 50-foot walk to our deep water dock, lots of green space, and amazing lake views from nearly every room and the pool.

The main bedroom is on the top floor and has a king-size bed, two single beds, and an en-suite bathroom. There are three other bedrooms on this floor as well, two have king beds and en-suite bathrooms, and one has two bunk beds (four twin beds) and shares the en-suite bathroom with one of the other rooms. The basement level has two more bedrooms with king beds that share a large Jack and Jill bathroom. One of these rooms also has a queen over twin bunk bed. There is also a full bathroom off the basement living room and a cabana bathroom (with shower) by the pool. All bedrooms are on the top floor or basement level. There are no bedrooms on the main level.

Our home is close to many marinas including Holiday, Aqualand and Hideaway Bay. Boat and jet ski rentals, live music, restaurants and bars are a short car or boat ride away. Close to the Lake Lanier Islands waterpark, golf course and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville. You’ll never run out of things to do at our home. We have a kayak, canoe, paddle boards, boat dock, pool table, grill, private/heated salt water pool, hot tub, two kitchens, two inside gas fireplaces and an outside wood burning fireplace. Close to Atlanta nightlife, world class shopping and restaurants. Minutes from the Mall of Georgia, mountains for hiking, rafting, shopping and wineries. You’re gonna fall in love with our home on Lake Lanier.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful home. It provided the perfect setting and served as "home base" for our entire family for our daughter's wedding weekend. Beautifully appointed and with room enough for everyone to spread out, feel comfortable and enjoy our time together. Even though we were there in December (and did not have time to enjoy the hot tub) we still enjoyed the lovely, peaceful sound that it makes. The pool deck area is also beautiful and was a wonderful location for some of the pre-wedding pictures. Wonderful kitchen, with plenty of supplies and space to keep all the family fed during the whirlwind days leading up to the wedding & a great place to "chill out" after the festivities. I will definitely cherish the memories made in this beautiful home & would love to return there for another family get-together.

Great place to stay. We had a large multifamily group. There was plenty of space in the house. the pool and dock were great places to be outdoors. Everyone had a great time. Communication with the hosts was excellent!!

A Perfect Getaway at Sunrise Villa

Quick Trip

We had a great experience at the Sunrise Villa. Weather was bad so we really didnt get to enjoy the lake or the pool but the view was wonderful in the morning and the house was huge. Wonderful communication with the owners and would recommend to anyone wanting a nice getaway on Lake Lanier.

Fantastic find and stay!

This house was an awesome find! Even though it was FREEZING out, it was perfect stay with plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy for our time together. We are already talking about coming back when it is warmer to enjoy the pool area, dock, and lake! Relaxing Lakefront Property

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at MarKen Manor! The host made check-in and check-out very easy and made sure we had everything that we needed. This is a beautiful property that has an amazing view of the lake and we loved having coffee and watching the sunrise.

Quiet luxury

My family and I needed a quiet place to relax and it was just perfect for our short stay. The owner was very prompt at responding to our messages and extremely helpful. Pretty much the house is stocked with everything you’d need! Highly recommend the place!

Spacious home great for large groups

I stayed here with a group of colleagues on a business trip. We were able to cook great meals, hang out, and enjoy the home in the evenings. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of the lake or pool/hot tub, but will try to work it in on our next trip.

The property is drop dead gorgeous from stunning lakeside views, chic interior design, luxurious space! The hosts are amazing communicators who are accommodating and so kind. This was truly the most amazing house and holds such special memories to us and our families.

We loved the outdoor dining areas, fireplace, jacuzzi and pool for our active family gathering. The boathouse was a great docking space for our boat and the paddle boards and fishing poles were an appreciated bonus. The indoor open-floor-plan accommodated lots of family interaction. Awesome place!!!

Mark and Ken have totally outdone themselves! The MarKen manor was a pleasure to stay at. The house has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. It’s a great location and the dock was fantastic. We got to catch some fish just from the dock! They respond really fast and helped whenever we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
