Casa Strozzi - (Piazza Della Repubblica)

Beautiful apartment located in an ancient Florentine building, renovated by Dior. The location is the most central in Florence, just behind Piazza della Repubblica and a ten-minute walk from the central station.

BOOKING INFO – PLEASE READ: We have 4 bedrooms with a total of 3 doubles and 3 singles. We accept reservations for a minimum of 3 people only, if a party of 3-4 guests wishes to stay in 4 separate beds, a reservation for 5 people is required.

There is an elevator.

The apartment currently consists of four bedrooms able to accommodate up to 9 guests as follows:

Master Bedroom: one double bed

Room 2: two double bed (This room can be divided into two by guests with a curtain in case they need privacy)

Room 3: two twin beds ( or a double bed if the two single are united)

Room 4: one single bed.

There are three bathrooms with comfortable shower stalls.
There is a kitchen area (equipped with hobs, dishwasher microwave oven, espresso coffee maker, kettle, washing machine).
There is a living room with two sofas and a television nearby the kitchen.

There is AC system

To reach the elevator you have to climb two small flights of stairs and it can also be used to transport luggage.

We have added a stair lift for disabled people so they can reach the elevator without any problems :)

Baby crib must be requested in advance

I will be available 24 hours a day. If you have any questions, please use the Airbnb chat feature. Inside the house, you will find a guide with all the information you need about the property, including a page with emergency numbers, including mine.

-Inside the apartment, you will find a guide with all the information about the apartment, appliances, recommendations for local restaurants, and emergency numbers.

- I will be available 24 hours a day. If you have any questions, you can use the Airbnb chat feature. In case of emergency, my number is available inside the apartment.

-We provide a coffee machine with capsules, tea, and chamomile tea.

- We provide towels, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.

- We provide a crib, but it must be requested in advance.

- We can offer an additional cleaning service and linen change during your stay at a cost of 90 euros.

- The heating is not turned on if the outside temperature exceeds 15 degrees Celsius.

- We do not provide olive oil and vinegar.

-We do not provide blankets for cribs.

-If guests lose their keys, leave them inside the apartment, or are unable to open the door, we can come and open the door at a cost of €50, during daytime hours only.
