The apartment
As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by an entrance that leads to all the rooms.

Living area
On the right you will find a large and bright living room, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The comfortable sofa bed offers additional sleeping space, while the 55” LCD smart TV allows you to access your Netflix, Disney+ and other streaming platforms accounts.

Bedroom
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed with a high-quality mattress (160x190 cm), chosen to guarantee a regenerating sleep. We provide 4 pillows of different textures and materials, so you can choose the one that best suits you. For those who like to sleep in total darkness, the window is equipped with blackout roller blinds.

Bathroom
The bathroom, with window, is always perfectly clean - cleanliness is our strong point! You will find a new shower, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, shower, face and bidet towels, toilet paper as well as a hair dryer.

Kitchen with Terrace
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is a comfortable dining table and a terrace.

Laundry
A washing machine with all the necessary products, drying rack, iron and ironing board, as well as a large shoe rack are at your disposal.

Parking & Connections
The apartment has a private parking space right in front of the building, with direct access from the street, free of charge in the unattended open air. The tram stop is a 10-minute walk away and allows you to reach the Central Station in just 20 minutes. The Careggi Hospital can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Area & Services
The neighborhood is full of shops: supermarket, butcher, bakery, wine shop, pharmacy and many other businesses just a few meters from home.

We provide sheets, towels and hygiene essentials. The apartment is always perfectly clean and sanitized before each stay. Check-in is flexible, but we ask you to let us know your arrival time in advance so we can organize ourselves better.

To respect the quiet of the condominium, we ask you to avoid excessive noise in the evening hours. The apartment is non-smoking, but it is possible to smoke on the terrace. We remind you to turn off lights and air conditioning when you leave to help us reduce energy waste.

The apartment has a private parking space right in front of the building, free of charge, outdoors and not guarded. If you arrive by car, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions to easily access the parking.

For those who arrive late
If you arrive late in the evening, we can organize a self check-in to make your arrival more comfortable and stress-free.
