The apartment is located in an historical Florentine building, in via de\' Pepi. The neighborhood is in the historical centre, only a two minute walk from Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi and S. Croce, and the Duomo, or a ten minute walk from the beautiful neighborhood of S. Ambrogio. The position is perfect if you want to walk about or rent bicycles, as every area is easy to reach and in a small amount of time.

Walking into the house, there is the entrance with the dining room, a living room with a convertible sofa, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The maximum capacity is four. The furnitures have a modern touch, but they also wanted to preserve the typical elements of the old Florentine houses, such as the frescos, tiled floors and the antrum of the doors in stone or pietra serena. The apartment is equipped with all services and comforts!



Not only the flat has classic furnishings, but the host, Nicola Rossini, is a painter and a sculptor. Some of his work is exposed in the house, which was previously his studio and still maintains a certain artistic and original trait.
