However, you can access the apartment completely independently through self check-in, which also includes automatic registration of your ID documents.



Inside the apartment, you'll find every comfort and modern technology.



Located on the first floor, the apartment can be reached via a convenient flight of stairs.

Please note that there is no lift available.



Getting Around:

Located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL):

Our apartment is situated in a ZTL (Zona a Traffico Limitato), which is a restricted traffic area designed to reduce congestion and pollution in the city center. This means that access by car is regulated, and only authorized vehicles are allowed to enter during certain hours.



Convenient Private Garage:

Directly in front of our apartment, you'll find the "Garage Medici," a private garage. If you choose to drive to our apartment, Garage Medici offers a convenient solution for parking. They are also capable of handling any fines incurred for entering the ZTL, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our guests.



For Train and Air Travelers:

If you're arriving by train, the apartment's close proximity to the main train station makes it easily accessible on foot, allowing you to reach us without the need for a car. For those arriving by air, Florence's airport offers various transportation options, including taxis and shuttle services, to get you to the city center quickly and efficiently.



Whether you're traveling by car, train, or plane, our apartment's central location and the available amenities ensure a smooth and convenient arrival and stay in Florence.



Other Things to Note:

You'll access the apartment through self-check-in, allowing you to enter your Florence Charming Apartment any time after 3 PM by following the instructions you'll receive via email once the process is complete.

Our office provides prompt responses via email, chat, and phone from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Sunday. Outside these hours, we respond to emergencies only via phone or chat.



During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
