The living area is completed by a modern kitchen, fully equipped, where there is a table for breakfast and from which there is access to the service balcony on the back side of the house. The sleeping area consists of a large and bright double bedroom , a second bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed , a full bathroom with shower and a second full bathroom with bathtub , where there is also a washing machine . The flat is equipped with air conditioning , safe , wi fi . The neighbourhood is very well served : all the shops are a few minutes walk away as well as the bus stop which allows you to reach the city centre in a few minutes. The exit of the motorway Firenze Sud is easily reachable . The guests can use a covered parking lot in the basement, accessible through an automatic gate. To be noted : The heating is centralised and , being inside a condominium , the switching on and off times are not autonomous but follow the Italian regulations ( both for the daily times and for the date of switching on and off).
