This tiny fully equipped apartment has a great view on the Rose Garden, one of the most beautiful areas in Florence. Looking out of the windows you will admire the multicoloured roses blossoming from May throughout the whole summer season. In one minute you can go into the Rose Garden, lay down in the sun, read a book or just relax sipping an aperitivo admiring the breathtaking view of Florence. This ancient tower house recently renovated in a contemporary style is located just outside the area of San NiccolĂČ, very close to Piazzale Michelangelo. The area is full of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors. In 15 minutes on foot you can reach Ponte Vecchio, 20 minutes for the Basilica of Santa Croce, 25 minutes for the Duomo, 35 for the Santa Maria Novella station. 10 minutes to Piazzale Michelangelo from which you can admire the most spectacular panorama of Florence
Ideal for those who choose to be close to the center but away from the confusion. The area allows you to take beautiful walks on the hills and along the Lungarno. The Church of San Miniato and San Salvatore al Monte can be reached in a few minutes.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Not suitable for little kids for the presence of two staircases. Parking is on the streets nearby for a fee.
