Penthouse Amendola is a tastefully renovated, exclusive holiday home for a maximum of 10 guests. It is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. Explore the cultural treasures of Florence together.
Thanks to its central location on the edge of the historic center, you can reach the Duomo, other famous sights, elegant shopping streets and top Florentine restaurants in just a few minutes walk.
The beautiful penthouse apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building in the style of Italian rationalism and can be reached by elevator except for a few steps in the entrance area.
If you come by car, there is a public underground parking directly across the street or, even better, only about 200m away, a paid garage that can be reserved in advance..

A bright and spacious living-dining room awaits you in the 180m2 large, elegant holiday apartment. The large window front provides a magnificent view of the cathedral. A nice sitting area invites you to linger. From here there are a few steps leading to the living and TV room on the rooftop terrace level. The 110m2 terrace has two nice dining and sitting areas, with magnificent "almost" all-round views of Florence. On the western side, the silhouette of the cathedral, “il Duomo” can be seen above the roofs, as well as the bell tower of Santa Croce. On the opposite side, the view sweeps far into the surrounding green hills and Fiesole.

The rooftop terrace, equipped with oleander, bougainvillea and many green plants, invites you to relax after a day full of impressions. Enjoy the magical panorama and let the day end with a glass of Chianti and the anticipation of the next day.

superbe penthouse avec une belle terrasse sur la belle ville de Florence.

Tout Ă©tait parfait . Des points de progrĂšs sont cependant toujours possible : -Ă©quiper les chambres de prise anti-moustiques -autoriser un dĂ©part plus tardif que 9h , ce qui nous finalement Ă©tĂ© possible en nĂ©gociant pour 10h30 , un peu compliquĂ© quand mĂȘme avec 2 trĂšs jeunes enfants -un geste qui nous a Ă©tĂ© offert mais qui devrait ĂȘtre toujours possible : laisser les bagages dans l'appartement avant le depart de Florence

The apartment accommodated our group of seven very comfortably. The nighttime views—stretching over the rooftops to the Duomo—were especially lovely. Every room was spotless and inviting, and the upstairs living area, framed by multiple windows, made a perfect gathering space.I also want to note how responsive the owner was. All of my questions were answered promptly, and when I requested an additional set of keys, they were provided right away.Although the apartment sits slightly outside the city center, the nearby shops and restaurants along Via Gioberti were extremely convenient and offered us a chance to experience Florence more like residents than tourists.

This was a terrific property for a long family stay. Our party was 6 adults and 2 infants and there was plenty of sleeping and relaxing spaces. The large terrace was a very welcome space. The location is good. It's adjacent to the historic center. We walked everywhere.

We were a group of eight adults and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable shared areas and well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. The terrace was a perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring Florence. One evening, instead of dining out, we hired Chef Simone Del Cima for a private Tuscan dinner. His carefully curated menu featured the freshest local ingredients and was perfectly suited to our tastes. The meal was not only delicious but made for a truly relaxing and memorable experience. We highly recommend both the apartment and Chef Simone.

The penthouse is beautiful , very spacious and comfortable, beautiful terrace and furnitures, we had to take a taxi to places due to heat and humidity in June but only a 20 min walk to big shopping places. Steps away from some nice restaurants, small boutiques and a grocery store Coop. Highly recommend.

The apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location close to a bus stop that afforded easy access to the rest of the city. There was an elevator that made getting up the six flights of stairs so simple for suitcases and older guests who had trouble walking. Beautiful terrace and living room, spacious dining area, fully equipped kitchen.

Stunning & Spacious Apartment!

Six family members stayed in this beautiful penthouse apartment for six nights as part of a trip celebrating an 80th birthday. It's very spacious with plenty of room to spread out, very clean, comfortable and has large bedrooms with huge windows providing amazing views. We loved the beautiful outdoor spaces which offered views of the city center as well as the hills from the other side. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and the apartment overall has so much charm and character. The apartment is on the top floor of a quiet building, has an elevator and is located about a 15 minute easy walk to the city center and main attractions. The surrounding neighborhood offers great restaurants, bakeries, shopping and a grocery store. If you are considering this property, stop looking and book it! It exceeded our expectations and if I return to Florence again one day I would stay here again. Thank you Ingrid, Anna and Carolina, we had an amazing trip.

Perfect location!

Easy walk to the city center and attractions, but away from the hustle and bustle. In a small neighborhood with all you need within a very short distance. Pictures do not do it justice! Rooftop terrace with great view was a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Florence!

This property is beautiful! It is very spacious and was perfect for our extended family. We loved sitting around the large dining room table and on the terrace. The views are stunning and the terrace is huge and wraps around allowing for multiple views of Florence. The bathrooms are very large for European standards and felt newly remodeled. The location is great and we walked everywhere. The host was very helpful with recommendations and communicating. I would highly recommend this property.
