Terrace:

The apartment’s most incredible feature is the spectacular L-shaped terrace (350 sq ft) that offers views over the Arno River and the famous Brancacci Chapel and the Church of Cestello with views that lead up to the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens. The terrace has decked flooring and is the perfect location for panoramic breakfasts, lunches, dinner parties, evening drinks and there is a space which can be used for outdoor pilates and yoga – or simply relaxing and basking in the glorious sunshine.

Decor: The grey resin floor throughout the apartment sets off the white furniture and walls and all the windows offer panoramic views out onto the city, the decorative red terracotta lined rooftops and hills both towards Monte Morello and the Boboli Gardens and Forte Belvedere to the south. The windows in the living room look out onto Santa Maria Novella church, the Medici Chapels and the Giotto Bell Tower not to mention a portion of the magnificent Duomo. Location: The apartment is located in neigborhood of Santa Maria Novella, on Borgo Ognissanti very close to Via dei Fossi (a road famous for antiquities and vintage stores) and also close to Via della Vigna Nuova and Via Tornabuoni, Florence’s elegant “haute-couture” shopping district. The apartment is a short walk from the main Santa Maria del Fiore “Duomo” Cathedral, a 15-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio and it is just across the street from the quaint district of the Oltrarno. There are an abundance of small local shops, caffes, trattorias and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The nearest supermarket is just 4 minutes away by foot on Via dei Fossi.

The entire property including the terrace is 100% private and all only accessible by you, our guest.

Other things to note
There is no door between the main bedroom on the lower floor and the kitchen/living room. The lower floor is open plan.

Check In:

✔ Please provide your arrival time in Florence, including flight or train details.
✔ Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, with a supplement for arrivals after 7:30 PM or outside the agreed time.
✔ We will reconfirm a check-in time based on our availability.
✔ Our check-in ambassador will personally welcome you at the apartment entrance.

Apartment provisions:

We provide a starter supply of:
3 towels per person: small towel, hand towel, bath towel
2 rolls of toilet paper
Kitchen: coffee pods, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, paper napkins, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets
Bathrooms: mini toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, soap, body lotion, toilet tissue and a hairdryer (in each main bathroom)
Laundry: washing machine pods
General: plug in mosquito repellent, umbrellas

This is of course a self-catering apartment and guests are reminded that they can purchase items to last the full length of their stay directly at the local stores or supermarkets close by, some of which do not close until 9-10pm most evenings.

Guests are advised that the bathroom supplies and changes of linens/towels are only replenished complimentary if you book for 8 nights or more.
