Relaxing and elegant house boasting wonderful views of the Boboli Gardens, the dome of the Duomo and Giotto's beautiful bell tower, located in the heart of Florence, in front of Porta Romana, just outside the ZTL area.
Ample possibility of paid PARKING in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity. Well served by transportation (under the house), which also connects it to Santa Maria Novella station.
The accommodation is located 800 mt from Palazzo Pitti and the Ponte Vecchio.
The Space
The very spacious, bright and quiet accommodation has a large living room with a sofa bed (convertible into a single bed) and a 43 INCH SMART LCD TV with NETFLIX.
It offers a nice kitchen (equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, electric kettle with tea-infused selections, toaster and various dishes) overlooking the BOBOLI garden.
The accommodation has a large double bedroom (RELAX room), complete with a large closet with mirrored doors, a chest of drawers, a king-size bed and with a large window with enviable and wonderful direct views of the BOBOLI garden and the DUOMO DI FIRENZE.
The house has, then, another double bedroom (SMILE room) equipped with king-size bed and closet, overlooking BOBOLI and PORTA ROMANA.
The windowed bathroom has a comfortable and spacious shower.
A small courtesy set, towels and bed linen will be reserved for you.
You will also find a phoon and iron at your disposal.
The house has, in addition, free WI-FI line and portable air conditioners fixed to the windows.
A high standard of housekeeping is guaranteed; note that textiles are washed, sanitized, and ironed by a professional laundry.

The house is located on the third floor walk of a historic building in Piazza della Calza within the walls of Florence in front of the imposing Porta Romana entrance.
You can freely arrange your "self check-in" after 3 p.m. in total autonomy.
