Welcome to Bohemian flat downtown Florence, a charming 95 square meter home with three bedrooms, two doubles and one single. Located in the heart of the historic San Lorenzo neighborhood, it is only a three-minute walk from the Duomo and an 8-minute walk from the train station. The kitchen, flooring and bathroom have recently been renovated, and the private courtyard provides a tranquil space for relaxation. Our amenities include WiFi, self-check-in, washer/dryer, bed linens, towels, bathroom and kitchen essentials.

The first floor apartment, with no elevator, is situated in a 1700s building. The décor and style of the apartment are unique - many objects in the house are handmade by us. The charming single room features a single bed, WiFi, Smart TV and a desk. The Berlin-style double room is equipped with a double bed, Smart TV, dresser and mirror. The Zen double room also has a double bed, Smart TV, dresser and a table with chairs. You are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare your breakfast, lunch or dinner, and the private courtyard for some time out on the sofa. With everything in walking distance, you won't need to take the bus to explore the city! All the monuments and museums are easily accessible by foot. Bed linens, towels, coffee, tea and WiFi are included. Each room has a Smart TV and a fan with remote control. Breakfast is available at an additional cost.

IMPORTANT!
Construction works going on at the moment, because we are getting a new roof, facade and a lift. So, the courtyard can be used only for smoking, but it's not as beautiful as usual and there can be noise and dust from the scaffolding. Additionally, there will be almost no sunlight in the apartment at the moment. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and hope it will be done soon.

You will find a guide in your room with our recommendations for monuments, bars and restaurants. You can also leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. With our self-check-in option, you can arrive at your convenience.

Our home includes WiFi, 2 double rooms, 1 single room, bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry, private courtyard, coffee maker with free coffee and tea, and bed linens and towels.

Your hosts, Bred and Nadja, live just a 5-minute walk away and are available by phone.

The San Lorenzo neighborhood is famous for its market - you can easily find leather bags or jackets here, and it's open every day from morning until evening. In the same square, you can also find the Central Market: the ground floor is open until 2pm (every day except Sunday) and offers fresh fruit, homemade pasta, butchers, fishmongers, bakeries, delis, and a delicious restaurant. The new upper floor is open every day until midnight and offers bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops and a wine shop. The neighborhood also offers other great restaurants and bars that we can recommend to you.

PARKING
The Michelangelo garage is a 4-minute walk away and offers a discount for our guests. It costs 30 euros for 24 hours. They register your license plate so you can enter the Limited Traffic Zone.

The Villa Costanza parking lot is outside the city center. It costs 7 euros for 24 hours. From there, you can take the tram (20 minutes) to the city center.

In 8 minutes on foot, you can reach the Santa Maria Novella train station, from where you can take a bus to Piazzale Michelangelo or to Fiesole, Siena, Pisa and other beautiful places.

WINE TOUR
We offer a wine tour to the oldest winery in Tuscany with a guide through the cellars, wine tasting, and snacks, as well as a short visit to the village of Greve in Chianti, where you can enjoy a delicious gelato and visit the famous old butcher, Falorni. Our taxi driver will pick you up just steps from the house and bring you back. The cost is 70 euros per person, including food, wine, guide, and driver.

The tour is available at 9am, 2pm and 3pm.

For our young guests, we can provide a cot and high chair for free!
