L'appartement a été rénové avec goût en décembre 2013 et est situé au rez-de-chaussée d'un immeuble de 1300, à quelques pas du théùtre "La Pergola", prÚs de l'hÎpital Santa Maria Nuova, puis de la Piazza del Duomo à Florence. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la belle ville de Florence, car à proximité de deux des meilleurs quartiers de Florence, Santa Croce et le Duomo. Ces zones pleines de bars, restaurants, mais surtout plein de musées et églises. L'appartement dispose de 2 chambres doubles, une avec salle de bain, salon, salle à manger petite cuisine entiÚrement équipée et petite cour. L'appartement dispose de toutes les commodités pour que vous passiez de bonnes vacances dans l'un des quartiers les plus stratégiques de Florence.

Ambulances with sirens blaring going by at anytime of day or night to the nearby hospital. Very close to the Duomo! Parking is outrageously expensive in downtown Firenze. We paid 30 Euros/night and that was a deal ;-). The apartment was clean.

Check in was a breeze. Daniel, who helped manage the property, met us right at the door when we arrived. Gave us a tour of the house and pointed out all details. He was readily available when needed.The pictures on the listing do not accurately show the space. It was spacious and very well equipped. The host was hospitable, providing so many pillows, and towels. In addition, laundry detergent and dish soap made the stay so convenient. Also provided additional power converters which came in handy. The beds in the bedrooms were the most comfortable we have had in an home rental. The sofa bed, wasn’t as comfortable but that is to be expected. The ample pillows made up for this. The street had some construction and wasn’t the nicest looking street in Florence, but the area was safe and quiet. It was right near the hospital which was a comfort to know in case we had any emergencies.Very clean, well equipped, great location, great communication.

Perfect Apartment in Florence

The apartment was in a great location, about a15-20 min walk to the train station, close to restaurants and the old city center but far enough away to enjoy quiet nights. The apartment is on the bottom floor so there aren't any stairs to climb. 2 nicely renovated bathrooms worked well for the 4 adults in our party. The beds are comfortable and my friend said the sofa bed was very comfortable also. We were there during a heatwave and the a/c worked great and each room has its own unit. Our host was very accommodating and had his property manager Daniel drop our bags off prior to check-in so we could make it to one of our tours. I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious. Super nice layout. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment so there’s a nice amount of privacy and two bathrooms are a huge bonus. Looks way better and larger in person than the photos. Easy checkout and easy check in. Close to Duomo. Good location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this first floor apartment. There was everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. They even had the portable baby crib/playpen set up for us when we arrived. There were 4 adults plus a 7 month old and it was a perfect size. The air-conditioning worked beautifully and we really needed it as Firenze was having a heatwave when we were there. We also really enjoyed that each of the bedrooms had a full bathroom with showers. The washing machine worked great and there were drying racks provided, so that we could hang our laundry to dry. We set them up inside, as there were mosquitoes outside. The kitchen/eating area was a lovely bonus and seemed to be fully stocked. To be honest we didn’t get a chance to use the stove or burners but we did see that there were a good variety of tools (frying pans, etc.) so that you could cook a full meal. The soap and other cleaning materials were provided so you would be all set without having to go shopping. While the second bedroom was very small, we found the bed comfortable and the room was quiet. The other bedroom was quite large by European standards and there was plenty of room with the baby sleeping in there too. It was a bit noisier since it was at the front of the apartment. The location of this place was perfect for visiting all of the major attractions. There were many helpful guides and information left by the owner. We found him excellent to communicate with and checkin was very smooth.

Wonderful Accommodations in a Wonderful City

Best Florence Accommodation lives up to its name. The apartment is large and spacious and accommodates 6 people comfortably (as long as you share beds). It's convenient to everywhere you'd want to go in Florence, but the street isn't loud. Check in was easy and the owner and his manager were very communicative. The apartment features a binder with so much useful information, but the owner was always available to provide more. We couldn't recommend it more highly.Be sure to have a sweater with you. We were there in late May and the apartment was still chilly - old building, first floor, not a lot of sun to warm the place up. But that's a minor thing for such a wonderful place!

Close to everything, but full of mosquitoes

First, the listing doesn't describe that check-in requires you pay 6 per person per night in cash up front, and also provide your passports. It was disconcerting and I felt like we were being robbed upon arrival until other travelers told me it's a real thing. So expect the room to cost something like 200 more for a family of 4 to stay a week.We loved the location, close to everything. There was a lot of ambulance noise in the front bedroom being next to the hospital. The back bedroom didn't have a working heat pump/air conditioner and opening the window to the courtyard let in an amazing amount of mosquitoes that ate us alive. Screens would have been nice, or a fan. The linens and dishes were adequate, but this is the sort of place where there's no coffee or sugar left for you unless the previous tenant left some. Everything was clean, we appreciated having a washer, and there was enough hot water.All in all, okay but not great.

Great Location Comfortable Accommodations

First floor apartment which was nice because we had full size suitcases and there was no elevator. Our host was very responsive to all our questions. Comfortable beds and couch/chair in living room. Close to train station and bus station. Easy walking to see the sites and do some shopping. Internal courtyard was nice because there aren't other windows and gave us a quick look at the weather. Would recommend for couples like us traveling in Florence.

Great location for visiting Florence

Our host was amazing! There was an issue with one of the bathrooms before we arrived that we were kept informed of. We ended up moving our reservation back a day and everything was fine when we arrived. The apartment was a little musty but opening windows and running the three heat pumps took care of it. Both bathrooms were very nice with walk in showers. The location was excellent! We parked our car in a parking garage and never needed it. One of the nice finds was a breakfast restaurant called the Rooster Cafe. It was really nice. If you like avocado toast for breakfast this is the place to go. Also the end of October is an excellent time to visit Florence. We had no problems booking some tours or going to any of the sites we wished to see. Definitely would go here again.

Wonderful, roomy apartment. Fans, A/C, comfy beds, little patio, great location, and easy check in process. We loved our stay here! It's close to grocery stores, and all the big sights. 5 stars, across the board. The 2 bathrooms were so handy. Great place for 2 couples.

Great Location, Great For Families

Stayed 3 nights with my family (5 total). Wonderful location (minutes walk to most major attractions/museums) and was great place to stay for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental was extremely spacious and comfortable. We were greeted by Christian, a friend of the owner, and he assisted us in bringing in our luggage. Family Vacation

Traditional Italian apartment, Our family enjoyed our stay in Florence, disappointed that it had to come to an end. The apartment is tight for 6 adults. Listed as a 3 bedroom but in fact the 3rd bedroom is the pullout sofa in the living area. The 2nd bedroom is small and not easy to get in and out of since it is against the wall, but it does have the attached bathroom as a bonus. Outdoor patio was a plus, wish there was a dryer. The checkin and checkout process was easy and the host was very accommodating.
