807,29 pieds carrés. L'appartement a été récemment rénové. Idéalement situé dans le centre historique de la ville, à distance de marche de tous les principaux sites de Florence (Santa Croce, Duomo, Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio et Piazza Signoria, Ponte Vecchio et plus). Il peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Deux grandes chambres (lits doubles ou séparés), deux salles de bains (une avec douche, une avec baignoire), un salon avec un canapé-lit et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée (réfrigérateur et congélateur, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes). TrÚs confortable, plein de lumiÚre et spacieux.
Lave-linge, fer et planche à repasser. Air conditionné et WI FI dans toutes les chambres.
Vous pouvez demander un lit et une chaise haute pour votre bébé. C'est au deuxiÚme étage (38 marches), sans ascenseur.

Nous pouvons vous proposer des visites guidées en anglais, français, espagnol et turc. Demander à l'avance.

Si vous arrivez en voiture, je vous suggÚre de réserver un garage à l'avance car nous sommes dans une zone à circulation limitée. Sinon, vous n'aurez pas accÚs à Via Pepi. Je peux réserver un garage pour vous, nous avons un tarif réduit au garage Fiesolana ou Garage Verdi.
Si vous arrivez en bus, l'arrĂȘt est sur Via Ghibellina, trĂšs proche.

We loved our stay in Firenze! Our apartment was clean and very spacious and in a perfect location! We had a great communication with Daniela, the owner, since the time of booking. Denis was very nice and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer! We defĂ­netely recommend it!!

Excellent Location

Loved this place. The apartment was clean, the air conditioners worked great (which was very necessary in July), and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The location right off of Piazza Santa Croce was perfect. Great restaurants near by and easily walkable to the Uffizi and Accademia Galleries. Daniela was great, very helpful. Highly recommend.

Daniella's daughter promptly met us at the apartment upon arrival in Florence. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Location was convenient to all the sights in historical area. We walked everywhere from the apartment.

Excellent location near great food

We had a great stay! The location is on a quiet street well in walking distance to all the sites. The space was large for our family of 4 and the beds were fantastic. There is a fantastic place for breakfast about 100 feet from the entrance of the apartment. When you exit turn towards the Santa Croce Piazza and it’s right on the corner. Amazing pastries and coffee. Checking in was a breeze and the kitchen was fully stocked. We really enjoyed the stay. And the air conditioning worked :)

Super location, excellent service, beautiful apartment!

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this apartment for 5 nights. The apartment was everything the pictures and the reviews said it would be. Very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, extremely well located! Clean as a whistle and super well renovated! Daniela is extremely responsive and very accomodating. We liked meeting and chatting with Sheila, her daughter. We enjoyed this place a lot, and would recommend it to anyone that wants to have a wonderful time in Florence.

Home away from home, great apartment!

This property is a great apartment. It is beautiful and has such a perfect home away from home feel! It has everything that is necessary when traveling, such as washer, dryer, coffee pot, and more!! The kitchen is great for cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms have plenty of space, are rather modern, and the whole place is kept very clean. Another benefit of this beautiful apartment is Piazza della Santa Croce located steps outside the front door! The landlord is also incredibly kind and responds to any needs or questions you may have promptly.

The apartment was absolutely lovely, and Daniela was wonderfully responsive and easy to work with. We were warmly welcomed by Lavonia, who stayed in touch with us throughout our trip to make sure everything went smoothly. The apartment itself was immaculate—clean, cozy, and very quaint—with comfortable beds that made for a great stay. The location couldn’t have been better. Just at the corner is a fantastic little cafĂ© serving delicious scones, espresso, cappuccino, and cafĂ© lattes at very reasonable prices. The neighborhood was friendly and inviting, and only a short walk away is the beautiful Santa Croce Basilica, where you can see the tombs of Galileo, Machiavelli, and Michelangelo—truly breathtaking. Behind the basilica, you’ll also find the historic School of Leather. The square at the end of the street had everything we could want: charming restaurants, gelato shops, unique little stores for souvenirs, and even water fountains. The area was lively during the day but quiet at night, perfect for both exploring and resting. Everything was walkable and close by, making it such a convenient and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Daniela, for a phenomenal experience!

Great apartment right in the middle of everything

Have to say, its more like arriving at a hotel than an apartment, Nico who greeted us was very professional and walked us through the apartment, how everything worked, including how to contact him and even where the best supermarkets are. The devil is in the details as the phrase goes, and the details were certainly taken care of, down to umbrellas in the entry hall should it rain. The apartment really is fantastic, great views, high ceilings very well decorated and modern appliances and a/c. Be warned, there are stairs - but there are always stairs in Florence! Location is amazing, literally 2 minutes walk (at the end of the street) is the Piazza di Santa Croce and the Basilica di Santa Croce - from there you can easily walk to any of the famous locations in Florence, restaurants are near by . . . all in all, the perfect place to stay & would definitely recommend and come back to

Excellent apartment and excellent host

The apartment was spacious, spotless and looked just like the pictures on the site. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything that we could need to make either a quick coffee or a full meal. The apartment is close to every site, so we walked everywhere and a short taxi ride to the train station (that distance is walkable as well, but with the luggage and the kids we opted for the ride). There is a taxi stand around the corner and a bus stop down the street. Daniella is a perfect host. She responded to all the message, including the original inquiry within hours and with details, was there to greet us when we arrived and came back later that day when we couldn't figure out the cold water in the kitchen. On the third day of our stay the heat and hot water malfunctioned, she responded to our message right away and took care of everything while we were exploring the city and by the time we came back everything was back in order. We felt comfortable and cared for. We'd definitely stay here again.

This apartment has been carefully renovated. The bedrooms are large, and the two bathrooms have heated towel racks and modern lighting. The kitchen for me was the best room in the house, full of light, spacious and very well equipped. There are a couple of downsides: there is no place except the kitchen table to work, or use the computer. The bedrooms have small tables, but not big enough to accommodate a notebook and dictionary. The other downside is the Santa croce area. It has become the place for young students to find housing, and the noise of their partying goes on every weekend till three or four a.m., often in the building and invariably in the surrounding streets. So if you are a light sleeper it is difficult to get rest. The building does not have an elevator and this apartment is on the second (European) floor, which means the third American floor. There are about 38 steps, so if mobility is an issue, this might not be the best choice. There is a good supermarket 5 minutes away, and an open air market about 12 minutes away, open from 7 a.,m. to 2 p.m., with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The central piazza of Florence is a 15 minute walk away. I can't say enough good things about the landlady, Daniela. She is extremely helpful, takes care of problems immediately, and responded quickly to all my emails when we were discussing my tenancy. The apartment comes with washing machine, ironing board, a drying rack (no dryer), dishwasher, and a TV for each bedroom.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet appartement, tout Ă©tait parfait Tout d'abord l'emplacement dans une rue trĂšs calme ,si proche de la piazza Santa Croce et de tous les lieux Ă  visiter. L'appartement lui-mĂȘme est grand , trĂšs bien conçu, clair et amĂ©nagĂ© comme dans la description, rien ne manque, mĂȘme pas les gentilles attentions que sont le cafĂ©, le thĂ© etc.......... Sans aucun doute c'est une adresse Ă  retenir et Ă  conseiller

Excellent logement, bonne correspondance aux photos.

A quelques pas du Bus C2 depuis la gare, l'accueil et la visite des lieux nous a enthousiasmés. Le logement propre, parfaitement équipé, comporte des bases de cuisine bienvenues. Nous le recommandons pour qui souhaite visiter à pieds les richesses de cette ville. Le repas à " CUCINA TORCICODA" reste une bonne adresse.

Very comfortable and well located!

We accommodated some days in this apartment (2 adults and 2 children) and our experience was great. Very comfortable and well equipped, better than the webpage shows, it has all you need. Well located, you can go on foot to the most typical places of Firenze and feel the atmosphere of Santa Croce’s quarter, a very quiet place and out of the noisiest tourist areas. Daniela and Ruben were always very attentive with us offering all we needed. Yes, recommended!

Great location in Florence

We enjoyed the apartment immensely. Plenty of room for us and our son ( & wife). When we opened the windows, it was quite refreshingly airy. Location is the best, just steps to Piazza di Santa Croce. This made navigating the city and back easy as we just had to find the piazza and were back to the apartment. Thank you allowing us to stay at your place. Geralyn & Michael

This home would have received 5 stars except for the following: - The Keesy app required was cumbersome - For 4 adults, a couple of extra living rooms seats would be more comfortable. There was one couch only. Perhaps a loveseat or a couple of Ikea lounge chairs? Also, a coffee table in front of the couch would have been convenient. - The washer and dryer...Well, the washer worked but it was super tiny, we could fit maybe 4 articles at a time, and the dryer didn't dry our clothes at all. - The one bathroom is very small with no counter/storage space. - We had no A/C the first night but this was remedied the next morning - The two full flights of stairs were not easy with luggage The items mentioned above are minor and just for information. The apartment is lovely and we had perfect communication with Danielle and Ruben, and a great time in Florence!

Perfect Location

A wonderful apartment for myself and my friends. Centrally located and a close walk to all the major sites, however just outside of the hustle and bustle of the more popular areas. Daniela and her associate Rubin left no question unanswered and made the process as easy as possible.
