Living in Oltrarno is laid out on a single level and unfolds along a spacious hallway. Upon entering, youâll find a convenient half-bath and the living area, which consists of two adjoining spaces subtly separated by an elegant arch that marks the transition between the living room and the dining area. The entire space is flooded with natural light and offers a lovely view, with windows overlooking the Boboli Gardensâincluding a beautiful one in the living room beside the elegant sofa.
The dining room, furnished with a large sideboard and a modern six-seat table, opens onto a long balcony with views of the Boboli Gardens, extending all the way to the master bedroom.
On the opposite side of the hallway, there is a full bathroom with a shower next to the stylish powder-blue kitchen, finished with stainless steel accents. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances.
Further along is the twin bedroom, featuring ample wardrobe space, shelving, and a practical desk beneath the window.
