On the first floor of a small building in the heart of San Frediano and close to Piazza S. Spirito a delightful apartment with exposed ceiling beams and stylish details. t is perfect for those who wish to have an authentic and lively Florentine experience while remaining close to the main tourist attractions that the city has to offer.

The apartment is made up of a living room with a sofa bed and kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower, a single room and another bathroom with a shower

The apartment can house up to five adults and is ideal for a family or a group of friends.

Facilities:

Free WIFI internet, TV, sheets, and towels, well-equipped kitchen, washer, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, coffee pot, a toaster, an iron, and ironing board.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. This was actually our second time staying in the apartment in 2025. It’s a beautiful place, nice neighborhood, close to the sites and easy to get around. We would highly recommend this property.

Great location. Great apartment. Relatively quiet and a short 15 minute walk to the Duomo, Boboli Gardens, etc. Plenty of dining options as well as a small grocery store nearby. Most excellent Sorbetto shop downstairs a bonus. Host very communicative and helpful.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood of the Oltrarno. There were a few restaurants just around the corner as well as a cafe for morning coffee. Our apartment was clean, stylish, and modern but charming. The A/C worked well and it was nice to have a washing machine after traveling for two weeks. But the best part was that Lorenzo answered my questions on a timely basis. He was really great.

I stayed in the apartment in June. Absolutely beautiful apartment! Gorgeous kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room and dining room. Great location, there is a park around the corner and restaurants and gelato shop beneath the apartment. There is also a bus stop at the park. Another nice feature is that the apartment is only up one flight of stairs. Very easy to access. I would recommend this apartment and I would stay there again.

Comfortable, convenient

Nice apartment, conveniently located to major attractions (walking distance). Main bedroom is decent size however bathroom is snug (but functional). Second bedroom is very compact and has single bed. Second bathroom is bigger but not en-suite.Kitchen is quite well equipped.Steps up from street level are quite steep. The apartment overlooks a restaurant so it can be a bit noisy until 10-11pm - after that it is fine. The double-glazed windows do help if you keep them closed (and switch on the A/C).We had some difficulty activating and opening the door from the street when we arrived due to poor cell signal but did eventually sort this out with help from the agent.Unfortunately the coffee pot (french-press) did not work properly and this was not replaced as requested in the 2 days we stayed there.

Sweetest Host

My friends and I had a wonderful time in Siena staying at Casina Di Giada. The apartment is in a great location, close to Piazza del Campo and many other places to visit in Siena. We were pleasantly surprised to be picked up and dropped off by Giada and her parents. Since we were carting around a large bike bag (oversized luggage), she asked her mother to come with her larger vehicle, along with her smaller town car, to transport us from the train station to the apartment. We appreciated that so much! The apartment is beautifully decorated. It's obvious, Giada put a lot of time and thought into providing a comfortable place to stay for her guests. I would definitely recommend Casina Di Giada for your visit to Siena.
