This is a brand new custom built luxury cottage with oversized windows throughout and Amazing views of the lake from every room! Guests will experience the beauty of the East texas trees and the lake and feel like they are outdoors! There is a large covered deck on the main floor with rope lighting and table and chairs to eat outside! The deck is accessible from every room! There is a large staircase leading down to the lake bluff, Boathouse and fire pit area!
The main floor has an open kitchen/dining living area with plenty of seating for everyone! Brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances to prepare your favorite meals and entertainment a group!
Each bedroom has its own full size private bathroom.
The oversized bedroom upstairs can be locked for complete privacy! It has a mini kitchen and keurig coffee and it’s own private deck overlooking the lake! Also has a private luxury bathroom with a double vanity and beautiful soaker tub. A huge walk-in shower with natural lighting and room for 2!

The entire cottage and all the outside decks and porches. Brand new observation deck overlooking the lake and stairs down to the oversized boat dock!! Great spot for fishing, boating, catching some rays, Star Gazing! Beautiful open water with Private dock & outdoor Hot Tub with bluetooth speakers. The Marina at the Villages Resort is 5 minutes away with a public boat launch and overnight slip rentals available.

We live on another part of our property and are available anytime during your stay. You may see us out walking, gardening or enjoying the Lake. We will respect your privacy during your stay! We are available by the message app anytime and will respond promptly! We do have smaller cottages/cabins on other parts of our property, you may see those guests out and about if you go exploring! The grounds, observation deck, and lake access are private to this home. It is waterfront and a popular fishing spot, so you will see boaters nearby fishing!
We also store our Personal boats on the Boat Dock, We may need to access them during your stay, we will notify you & walk around the outside to access if needed.
Lake Palestine waterfront with Lake access! Deepest part of the lake with some of the best fishing on the lake!

Lake Escape is located on a bluff overlooking the Lake, it is a STEEP Hill to get down to the house and you MUST follow the driveway and parking instructions to avoid getting stuck! 4 car maximum, any additional parking will need to be at the top of the hill!
We are also right under a Verizon Cell Tower and next to the City of Tyler Water intake Station, these 2 structures are visible from the house on either side, but do not obstruct the water views!
This luxury cottage is located on a high bluff overlooking the lake, which has amazing sunset views, however since it is natural shoreline there is no fence or railing on the edge and it’s a BIG DROP OFF to the lake. The lake below is rocky and shallow, this can be dangerous for toddlers or unsupervised children and we do not recommend young children. Any toddlers,children or even teens will need to be monitored at all times!! Private Hot Tub & Dock, with great lakefront access. Deepest part of the lake & great fishing spot.
We are in the woods and waterfront, we have chosen to maintain the natural beauty of the land and to help preserve the native Texas look. This allows for more fish and wildlife in the area and creates a Natural Texas Ecosystem. We have a variety of wildlife that visit regularly including Bald Eagles, deer, foxes, rabbits, all kinds of snakes, both venomous and non-venomous, raccoons, roadrunners, all types of texas birds and fish. We also have many insects on the grounds that are native to the woods, including ants, spiders,chiggers,and lakebugs (AKA as Mayflies) They are harmless, but will swarm around lights at night and will swarm inside if the doors are left open. PLEASE do not leave exterior lights on overnight & do not leave doors open. We have regularly scheduled pest control inside the home, but this will not prevent lake bugs from coming inside open doors at night. The spiders are attracted to the Lake bugs, and there will always be some spider webs on the porches and dock, this is normal and natural for Texas Lake life.
We are also located near a huge cell tower and the guy wires land on the property. Good thing is Verizon, T-Mobile & AT&T all have great service here:)
Also the city of Tyler water intake station is nearby and visible from the back of the property, It can be heard w/ a continuous AC type sound.
The driveway is a black top road and is very steep, please drive carefully! This home is on a hill and all the grounds are unlevel. We have a ramp for entry. The back deck has a huge staircase to get down to the fire pit, grill and lake areas. We do not recommend this home for anyone with any type of limited mobility or service animal requirements, there are too many possible hazards! It is great for the adventurous and outdoor types who love amazing views, challenging landscapes and lake access! Please do not sit or climb on the stored boats in the lift.
Indulge in our 4-person hot tub featuring a built-in Bluetooth speaker, all conveniently set on a covered porch with enchanting overhead string lights.
Large Private Dock is a great spot for fishing, swimming and watching the beautiful sunsets.
If you are planning to bring a boat, PLEASE CHECK WITH US AHEAD OF TIME. We store our personal boats in the boat slips. We may be able to offer a boat slip for an additional fee depending on boat specs & availability.
We do not have trailer parking or a boat launch. The best place is The Marina at the Villages, 5 mins away. They have a public launch, overnight slip rentals and a pull up grille and bar.
Not suitable for guests under the age of 22.
This home is multi-level and not suitable for anyone with any type of mobility issues. We cannot accomodate pets of any kind. Owner has skin allergies
Children must be monitored at all times!
This home is waterfront and on a steep cliff overlooking the lake. It is a natural shoreline without railings and a fall could lead to death.
There are many stairs and access [points to the lake, not suitable for young children.
