Escape to Flagstaff and relax in the tall pines. This home is like having four nice, private hotel rooms but you also get a large deck in the trees, a full kitchen and two large common areas with great views. And it is about a ¼ mile walk to the National Forest. The home features wood and tile floors throughout with carpet in upstairs bedrooms and a full gourmet kitchen with granite countertops.

This home has two floors. Each floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The common area upstairs features an open floorplan with kitchen, living room, and dining room all open, high ceilings and easy access to the wrap around porch through two sliding glass doors. The downstairs common area features an entertainment area and a door leading to a downstairs covered patio.

When you rent the entire home, you'll have access to all except some closet space. There is still plenty of closet area in each bedroom.

We are a small team managing the property for the homeowner. We mostly keep in touch through the Airbnb app and if needed will text you directly. We live nearby and are available to bring supplies or address any concerns you may have about the home. Katannya can meet you if you'd like, just give us a heads up and she'll come by to chat!

Located just 10 minutes South of Flagstaff in the quiet secluded Kachina Village. It is an excellent retreat from the heat in the summer and snow play in the winter. An ideal base for trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, and more. Close to a newer family park, wetlands, baseball diamond, and lots of outdoor adventures.

With so much to offer you’re bound to find something for everyone, check out the nearby skiing, snowboarding, and sledding in the winter; hiking, golf, bicycling and much more in the summer. With our central location, you have easy access to the Grand Canyon, the spiritual red rocks of Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, Meteor Crater, Bearizona, Flagstaff Extreme, Polar Express and the North Pole Experience.

This is a car-access home, out of the city with no public bus service.
4 wheel drive is recommended for winter months. There is a designated parking area where 2 vehicles will fit. The street is narrow and street parking is not recommended.

Close to the small Flagstaff Pulliam airport and around the corner from Fort Tuthill County Park.

Uber, Lyft, Grubhub, Insta-cart and others will serve this home.

Parking at the home can easily accommodate 2 vehicles and when it is not snowing, there is street parking. Please be mindful of the neighbors parking area and keep it open. The parking is limited when it snows, sometimes only allowing space for one vehicle. The road the home is on can get down to a single lane in heavy snow. Be prepared to need chains to navigate the hills in the neighborhood during snow season.
