Except for a few off-limits areas, guests will have the entire home to themselves.



NOTCE:

You will have access to the garage but there is a vehicle and there are personal items of the owners. Please just be aware and respectful of this. Otherwise the space is yours and you should be able to fit one vehicle.





Accessibility: To enter the house, there are steps to access the front door. Guests WILL have to navigate stairs inside to utilize the house. There are a total of 4 levels. Guests will have to utilize at least 3 of those levels.



We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well.



The best way to get a hold of us through text with the number you received you reservation confirmation message from or via AirBnB messaging. These messages go to our entire team, and you will likely get the fastest response this way 😊



We have a hard-working team, but in an effort to give them and us time with our families, we ask that you be patient with responses between the hours of 7pm and 8:30am.

NOTE: The fireplace is not available for use at this time.



After booking you will be sent a link to your guest registration page. This is though us directly, through our management software Hostaway. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in.



We collect the following information during registration:

- All adult guests: Full names

- Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov`t ID

- Vehicle information



Please try to utilize the driveway and garage only. This helps keep the streets clear for easy navigation by residents.



NOTICE: The driveway is very steep. Vehicles that are lower to the ground might find it difficult to use. We suggest parallel parking at the bottom of the driveway, trying to be off of the street as much as possible.



City Ordinance: No street parking From Nov. 1st through April 1st. If you park on the street during this timeframe, you might receive a ticket or worse, your vehicle might get towed. We are not responsible for anything that results from you parking on the street.



Cleaning fee will be an additional $50 for stays 7 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.
