Modern brand new home with a gorgeous views and A/C! Be our guest in a beautiful community neighborhood complete with two parks to enjoy, a basketball court, two dog parks, and walking/biking/hiking paths throughout.

This 2071 sq. foot home boasts a spacious open floorplan. Modern living room, kitchen, dining room, and half bath downstairs for relaxing and entertaining. Upstairs you’ll find 3 bedrooms and a full guest bathroom. The master bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom. The laundry room is upstairs as well with full washer and dryer as well as any additional supplies you may need.

Outside you’ll find a beautifully covered turfed patio with sectional patio furniture and a propane firepit/table. Beyond the patio is a 2 car garage available for your use throughout your stay.

Enjoy all of the beauty of Flagstaff while staying in a brand new cozy community only minutes from NAU and historic downtown.

President’s Day weekend in Flag.

Very nice, clean home that accommodated our family well! Lovely neighborhood and just a short drive to NAU campus and downtown. Our hosts were very responsive and communicative. We would happily stay here again.

Fun in Flag

This was our second time at this property. It was every bit the same as we remembered. Beautiful inside and out. The back patio allowed us Phoenicians to enjoy the cool weather when we were not at the soccer fields for our tournament games. We highly recommend this cozy home. We will be back!

We loved our stay at this home! It was SUPER clean and smelled fresh! It was very tidy and had all the things we were in need of. My family did our thanksgiving here and it was just lovely! Beautiful, convenient perfect home with everything you would need

This nearly brand new home had everything you needed from quality cookware to plenty of pillows / blankets to toiletries. They truly thought of it all. The host is incredibly helpful in her suggestions and easy to communicate with. The home is located in a nice subdivision just minutes to anywhere in flagstaff. We would highly recommend!

Fabulous

This was a fantastic place to stay with my family. We had a great time and would choose to stay here again. The house is brand new and beautiful. The family obviously takes a lot of pride in their home and wants guests to feel comfortable. We loved that the drawers and pantry were clean and there weren’t personal belongings or clutter laying around. It was by far the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Great, family friendly neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the little back patio and fire pit. Communication with the host was wonderful.
