The Continental Country Club is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and the only Public Golf Course in the area. Enjoy the amazing Flagstaff weather from the private back porch balcony.

*Although the home is equipped with heating for winter months, we do NOT have central air conditioning for the summer months. We do have portable AC units for the home.*

*Please Note: There are several sets of stairs required to access the condo along with additional stairs inside of the home to access each level.*

We live locally and carefully prepare the home for each guest. We are easy to work with and offer this home as a location to make for a memorable trip to Flagstaff. :)

*Country Club amenities are not included within your rental*

*For cancelled reservations, anything within the cancellation window will be granted a full refund minus the 4% processing fee.*

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*If you choose to bring a pet, there is a pet fee associated with your stay, and we have a `four on the floor` policy. This means the dog is allowed in the home as long as it stays off all beds and furniture. Please make sure your pet is included in your reservation, and the fee with automatically be applied to your stay. *

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation*

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.

-Cleaning fees will be double for all stays that are 10 nights and over
-NO Smoking: $500 fine
-`Four on the Floor` Policy asks that no pets get on the Beds or Furniture

- Guests who do not depart on time without prior communication with the host will be subject to the cleaners` late departure fee
