SUNSHINE BUNGALOW: The pre-war home features three bedrooms - two on first floor master each with ample closet and full bath adjacent. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in all the tub/showers.
The master bedroom is upstairs. All of the bedrooms have a Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. In fact, the WiFi service is FAST and POWERFUL: 200 Mbps download speed and 20 Mbps upload speed.
The good sized living room is comfortable and also features the dining room, which seats 6 comfortably and doubles as workspace. The family room is really a great room, sharing space with the kitchen and bar. The living room and family rooms each have a 50" Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access with 70+ local, network, & cable channels. The fireplace is electric and can be operated with and without the remote. There is a switch inside the upper right cavity of the unit which must be in the on position to operate.
The new kitchen features gray granite counters with a stainless steel undermount sink. There is plenty of cabinet space. The retro mint green appliances include a gas range, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a private fenced back yard and front yard. There is parking in the driveway with overflow parking on the street. We also have an RV gate if you are traveling with a trailer or RV.

We provide starters, a half dozen K-cups or so, for your coffee needs upon arrival. We do not restock during your visit. Please enjoy our sharing library â take a book, leave a book. We also have a vinyl record player and 20 or so albums of a wide variety. Enjoy the music, but please donât take any albums with you.

Western edge of Downtown Flagstaff - filled with history and charm. Housing options include small pre-war bungalows and larger historic homes dating back to the turn of the century.
