This charming guest house boasts an enclosed backyard with an inviting seating area to unwind, gather with your loved ones, and enjoy a memorable time outdoors. If the weather is nice enough, surprise your friends with a delicious barbecue with the gas grill provided. The yard and grill are shared with the main house.

Inside, the home enjoys a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. This is a wonderful spot to spread out comfortably with your friends, catch up on your favorite series, and relax. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious homemade meals and the dishwasher will make cleaning up a breeze. The laundry area with a stacked washer/dryer is attached to the kitchen. The primary bedroom enjoys the other side of the gas fireplace and has high ceilings, a ceiling fan, and sofas.

This home does have central air conditioning. There are also multiple fans to aid with hot days. For the winter, this home does have central heat.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
