Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation.
Pets are not permitted.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 2 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.

I've been going to Flagstaff for the past 3 years for my daughter's college activities. I've rented several houses, and this was one of my favorites! It's darling, well stocked and so close to town! We loved the whole vibe of the decorations and it was spotless.

The location was fantastic! It's just a few minutes walk to downtown, a park, plenty of eateries, etc. The house was very clean, spacious, and well-stocked.A note to parents of little ones: it is an old house with loud creaky floorboards and doors. We stayed with our 10-m/o baby, brought our pack-and-play, and had to tiptoe and be extra careful at night not to wake our little one.We were hoping to arrive a little early for our little one to have his afternoon nap there, but was disappointed in the early check-in fees, so we had to change our plans.
