Un Townhome Country Club charmant et confortable, qui ressemble plus Ă  une maison unifamiliale! Niveau unique, 1 chambre avec lit queen avec un matelas en mousse Ă  mĂ©moire de forme amĂ©liorĂ©e, et un canapĂ©-lit queen dans le salon, et 1 salle de bain complĂšte. Nous offrons une atmosphĂšre dĂ©contractĂ©e et confortable. Cuisine complĂšte avec bar petit-dĂ©jeuner, et un coin repas et laveuse / sĂ©cheuse disponibles. Il y a une magnifique terrasse extĂ©rieure pour se dĂ©tendre et un barbecue Ă  gaz. Notre maison est facile Ă  trouver et offre un accĂšs facile aux itinĂ©raires vers le Grand Canyon, Sedona et AZ Snowbowl. Le Continental Country Club Clubhouse est directement en face de la rue et dispose de nombreux Ă©quipements, y compris un grand restaurant / bar ouvert au public. Parcours de golf public avec supplĂ©ment. Le tennis, la piscine et les installations de remise en forme sont uniquement disponibles pour les clients sĂ©journant 30 jours ou plus, et moyennant un petit supplĂ©ment. American Dream

Une jolie maisonnette dans un lotissement verdoyant.. Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du golf. Une belle salle a manger avec une grande verriĂšre, une cheminĂ©e avec un poĂȘle a pellets.. une cuisine parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e..vous avez mĂȘme une terrasse partiellement couverte (avec barbecue et table) de laquelle nous avons vu des cerfs passĂ©s le soir. Au top pour visiter la rĂ©gion.

Stayed in town a couple of days to get in some rest and relaxation. I’d recommend to stop browsing and choose this property if you’re staying a few days or longer in Flagstaff. The kitchen is stocked, the living room and open concept space is a good size yet cozy at the same time. The neighborhood was very quiet. I work night shift and could sleep through the day, there is a road nearby bu,t the traffic is light. I’d stay again if the opportunity arose.

Clean & bright

Note for anyone with mobility issues that there are about 8 stairs from the parking area then a short path to the front door where there are two more stairs at the front door. We emailed prior to arriving in Arizona requesting early check in but never received a response from the property manager. The unit was bright, clean, and pleasant. It was a quiet neighborhood and away from downtown Flagstaff.

Great location!!

The property was located in a great area. We brought our bikes up and there’s some fantastic trails. Townhome was great with an awesome fireplace that we really needed as the snow fell. Only thing that really needed changing was the 1970’s coffee pot. Other than that, perfect for a couple.

Replace the couch

The condo is lovely and clean and we enjoyed our stay. There is a nice large kitchen. But.......I couldn't figure out how to work oven. (Not a big enough deal to call manager.) It was close to the street, which was not always busy, but did have some large noisy traffic very early in the morning (garbage truck, school bus, motorcycles). The tennis courts across the street generated the constant noise of balls hitting the court. The pull out couch bed in the living room was horrible! An immediate back ache. I ended up sleeping on the couch itself, which wa snot the greatest, but tolerable. Sorry to give such a poor review.

Cute-that could use a little TLC with the cleaning outside on the windows and spiderweb should be swept down when guest are coming.Need to update NO AC anymore. They need to update That they don’t have AC unit in window.

Flagstaff vacation

As we walked up to front door we were met with a mud pile. My husband had a shovel in truck and had to clear the sidewalk. The condo windows are nothing like the picture. Blinds are broken and windows are covered with bird poop. Bathroom ceiling has mold and showers were always a surprise sometimes we had hot water other times we had lukewarm water. Couch was old and sagged in the middle. Kitchen floor especially by counter had very soft spots. Felt like you might go through floor. Would I ever recommend this particular condo. Absolutely not.

Flagstaff Forever

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Comfy Continental Townhouse. I would happily have stayed there for the entire summer. I selected that particular property from its posting on VRBO for several specific reasons and was pleased that it lived up to every single one of them. The features and comfort of the facility itself, the amenities provided, the beautiful location and gorgeous views all made for a wonderful stay. I would return again and again.

Stay in Flag.

We have rented in the Oakmont C C area several times before and this property was less than exceptible. First, several of the descriptions both online and in the unit were out of date.(ex. the photos show an air conditioner in a window-NO A/C in the unit which has windows facing west with full exposure to the sun. Second, the pocket doors were totally unacceptable-handles were added that restricted the opening by 4 to 5 inches. Third, a new TV with outdated instructions- needed to call property management to get the cable channels. Thank you, Bella.

The most comfortable bed!

Comfy Condo was a wonderful place to stay. The complex is quiet and safe (proven because my husband left our car door wide open all night!). The bed was by far the most comfortable of the condos we have stayed in. The only concern we had was that there was no water pressure in the shower, but I was assured that would be fixed. I would definitely recommend Comfy Condo!

Short escape

Easy booking, confirmation, arrival and departure process!! The description of the unit is spot on and perfect for a short stay for 2 adults. It would feel a little cramped to have more than 2 people in this unit. One thing to note is the proximity to the tennis courts across the street. It wasn't an issue for us given the time of the year. But could imagine in the summer time that those courts might be a bit busy and hence hearing the noise from there could be an issue for some. The unit is also close to the main cross street. There is a fair amount of street noise but tolerable. The living room furniture could use some updating as the support is a bit uncomfortable. My spouse just had replacement knee surgery and was at 6 1/2 weeks recovery when we booked this unit. A few stairs from the parking lot but with a banister. There is a flatter route to take to the unit from the parking lot BUT there is some loose gravel to traverse cautiously. The bathtub with a sliding door was a bit challenging to maneuver but again was doable for someone with a fairly stiff knee. All-in-all a good location from the 40 and easy to get to anywhere in the Flagstaff area.

Nice home in Flagstaff

Home had good open space, was in a safe area and relatively close to downtown. The host was a great communicator and quick to respond. Would recommend.
