If you have stayed at our sister cottage next door then you will love this cottage as they are the same. Breathe in the salty air, feel the warm Atlantic breeze on your skin, and let the sound of crashing waves wash your worries away. Welcome to the Quarter Deck, your private, Old Florida-style beachfront escape in the tranquil Painter’s Hill neighborhood of Flagler Beach. Perched right on the edge of the cinnamon-colored sand, this rustic 1950s cottage delivers unmatched oceanfront access at an unbeatable price. It’s cozy, quirky, and full of charm—perfect for travelers who crave authenticity and direct connection to Florida’s natural coastal beauty.



IMPORTANT: There will be a beach nourishment along our coastline potentially starting Summer 2026. Certain areas may be blocked off while working. Construction equipment, noise, and temporary beach access restrictions may occur during your stay. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that this may take place.

This place was beautiful! Couldn’t ask for a better view of the beach! Well stocked with everything that is needed! The only suggestion is maybe get a more comfortable pull out couch and a TV in the living room! I’m already looking for my next trip there.

Perfect place to unwind if you love the ocean! This property was exactly as listed, and the host was responsive to any needs during our stay. The beach was quiet morning, noon, and night. There were comfy beds, plenty of linens, and the full-size refrigerator was a plus during the hot summer weather. I hope the host will have us again!

Although we spent more time in Ormond Beach with our grandchildren, it was delightful to wake to the sunrise on the ocean and to enjoy breakfast watching the world rise.

Our long weekend trip was fantastic. The cottage was just as advertised, It was nice to watch the sunrise from our bed and walk outside to the beach. The location is in a neighborhood, so it's like having a private beach, much different than a public access beach. We enjoyed the tranquility day and night. Very close to restaurants and bars and just the right fit for us. Perfect for a romantic getaway. We'll be back. the concrete walkway to the beach would make it nice for ederly couples. Very clean with everything we needed.

This is our 3rd stay at the cottage and absolutely love the location! The only complaint I have is the lack of a tv in living room and the comfort of the futon. Other than those two things love it! Hope to go back sometime this year. The service we received from Itrip was great. Thanks

Great Location!

We had a wonderful time relaxing at the little house. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and sunrise. This is our fourth time staying here and we will be booking this place again. The things we like about this location is being directly on the beach, the beach is not crowded, no stairs to climb with luggage, and a quiet neighborhood. We enjoy holding a fishing pole however we did not catch anything this time (Lol). But that's the way it goes with fishing. The one thing that would make this a perfect place for us would be to move the TV to the living room or add another TV. We do not like watching a TV in the bedroom. Thank you for sharing this place with us.

You can't get more "on the beach". This was a very clean, newly remodeled unit with very comfortable bed. Little odd in that bedroom is separate from living space but that was disclosed. You had all amenities needed except would suggest bring your own ice cube trays as the trays provided are tiny and you need 1 whole tray per glass. Would be 5 Star Review except: 1. major ant issue on patio making it annoying to sit our back & enjoy the advertised view. Mgmt really needs to ensure exterminated to ensure this is not an issue for guests. Hair dryer provided in bedroom bath however no outlet & no mirror in bedroom to use for hair drying. No TV in living area unit. There is a TV in bedroom but would have preferred TV in living area. Price of TV's these days this could be accommodated pretty inexpensively.
